I travel for work and just discovered the delicious food here. They have so many sandwich choices I had to return 3 times to try as many as possible. I love the food, and the price is beyond reasonable. By far my favorite place i have eaten while traveling. The staff was amazing as well.

I love the atmosphere, the coffee, and the sandwiches! And it's fun to people watch here too, good chance of catching somebody with body mods or an attention-grabbing haircut.
Update: I still like the coffee here, but the menu went all vegetarian unfortunately.

In all fairness, I am moved to post another review after having posted a two-star rating earlier. I don't get to Paradigm very often as I live out of town. Whereas the vegan menu was a bit of a shock as was the absence of my favorite sandwich from the old menu, I have to give credit where credit is due. The remodel with the generous bathrooms and the new stage complete with "green room" are a vast improvement of my previous memory of Paradigm Coffee and Music. I did have the breakfast bagel with egg and cheese and it was DELICIOUS. My wife was very pleased with the quality of the salad that she had. And the carrot cake was very good as well. The lady who waited on us was very polite and kind and I look forward to my next opportunity to visit.

They have a sandwich called the "classic" that I still can't stop thinking about. But why does it take 25 minutes to make a grilled cheese sandwich?

Great place! Made some fabulous friends in the pool area!

Visiting from California, and this place reminds me of home. Great vibe, vegan food options (definitely going back to try that vegan shake) and solid playlist. I ordered a vegan pumpkin chocolate chip muffin (delicious) and a roobios tea (great herbal tea selection). I’m excited to come see some live music. A gem for the progressive and open minded coffee lover.

My experience has been unfavorable for many reasons:
1) The tables were dirty. Just finding a clean table to sit down and have a cup of coffee is almost impossible. Nothing like sitting at a table where you can share in the food from the previous customer who sat there.
2) Waiting for the coffee that I ordered to arrive made me feel like Rip Van Winkle.
3) The only thing that helped make that time pass by more quickly was watching them prepare the food ordered by other customers. I was truly amazed that no one wore: plastic gloves while preparing the food (hoped they washed their hands), no hairnets nor beard nets were worn by the staff as they prepared the food either (so if your food arrives looking like it needs a shave you’ll know the reason why).
4) The music playing was overly loud. Which causes the customers to shout just to be heard over the loud music playing in the background. Can you say: “Pump up the volume”?
5) Another “joy” to add to the loud sound of the music is the sound of a tattoo gun buzzing in the background like a bee. I mean, when I think of coffee I think of tattoos and needles. Gross.
6) The last thing is the overly political tone of the place. Bad enough to have a portrait of Greta Thunberg hanging on the wall, but the small picture of Che Guevara who was responsible for the deaths of millions of people throughout Central and South America was the topper. Why not have portraits of Stalin, Lenin, Mao, Castro, etc. hanging on their walls as well? Nothing says coffee like 100 million deaths and counting from socialism and communism.
I’ll never go there again. And I will not recommend the place to others either.

I dubbed this the vacation of breakfast burritos and Paradigm Coffee and music did not disappoint. The vibe of the establishment is very welcoming. The patrons were eclectic. The service and ordering we're fast. The staff was proficient. Back to the burrito. It was a vegetarian option, loaded and about the size of two large fists. Good taste. Not too heavy. The fresh pick de gallo was on point. The eggs blended nicely. It was moderately spicy and I augmented with some available hot sauce. You should have high confidence if Paradigm is on your short list of options for coffee or food.

Why can’t you just have your business and keep your political beliefs out of your business. I stopped going here cause of it. Nobody should walk into a business and see signs promoting things that others don’t believe in. Just have a business and run it leave personal beliefs out
