Beans & Books Coffeehouse, LLC

I come up to Shawano on vacation several times each year and always make sure to stop in Beans and Books. They have great hot chocolate and the apple cider is fantastic. I highly recommend the local honey that they sell. It is the best that I have ever had! Beans and Books also has a great selection of used books. Tracy's customer service was outstanding. She was extremely kind and helpful. It is an awesome place with a friendly staff and really nice environment!

Open Sundays until 3p!!! Great tasting coffee. Cute little book shop adjoining. Only 5 mins off hwy and easy ramp back on. Kwik trip is conveniently next door. Makes a great stop! Will be back. Thanks

The woman working seemed very miserable and unhappy which yes it's work but in customer service you have to be more polite and upbeat. She was very helpful when I ordered the wrong thing tho and fixed it wout question.

Great place and great atmosphere! The front counter ladies are always very friendly! Their cold brew coffee is amazing! I highly recommend the bagel sandwiches as well. One of my favorite spots to study!

I travel to Shawano, WI a couple times per year. Everytime I am in Shawano, I always start my mornings with an iced white chocolate mocha from Beans and Books. The coffee is amazing, the staff is very pleasant, and the atmosphere is great. Love this place!

This is a well run, homey little place that surprised me with its charm. It's a perfect little find for a different coffeehouse experience.

Really nice people providing a relaxing atmosphere. When I spend money on a specialty coffee drink, I want to enjoy the whole experience, and not just be in a rush (like at Starbucks). Thankful for little places like this - a perfect fit in a lovely town like Shawano!

Great coffee and great people always. Never once had anything bad from them. Only complaint is pricing but still much cheaper than similar coffee shops.

We stop by 2-3 times a week and have only great things to say about Beans and Books! The lattes are consistently good, and the baked goods are outstanding. The in house made cinnamon rolls are a favorite, but everything has been good. We've loved having the option of the new location on Main Street as well.
