Fast, helpful, and friendly service…. And their coffee is delicious. We went in last Saturday at 10:59 AM. When we walked in the door, there was a sign that said they were closing early for the day at 11:00 AM. We were going to leave…. but they said, “no problem…. we still have time to serve you”. That is great customer service!!! They could have said…. Sorry we are close. But didn’t. If I could, I would give time 10 stars for customer service. Plus my Hot Chai Latte was delicious! I would highly recommend Abrazo Coffee!

First time in on Saturday morning before St Pats parade. Had cinnamon roll latte. Excellent with a coffee smoothness that I seldom get at the name brand places. Met the owner and we spoke about her training and experience in the coffee world, which was first class. I definitely recommend giving this shop in downtown Racine a try; you won’t be disappointed!

Delicious drinks! Loved the cinnamon roll latte, and my husband had two Thai cloud teas. Cute place, comfy places to sit, music was a good level, bathroom was nice. I’d have stayed longer if I had time!

Wow! Just wow! First time here and I know I will be returning! The customer service was exceptional! The variety of drinks available was amazing. Quick service as well. I took my drink to go, however, I may enjoy my drink inside next time as they have games and plenty of seating. If you haven't tried this pace yet do yourself a favor and go!
