Firefly Coffeehouse

Good food. Great cookie I took home for dessert. Nice place to meet friends and visit. I will go there again. A nice young man and his assistant cleared our table.

Previously this place would have gotten 4-stars but as of late it seems like the staff are burnt out and the drinks have suffered. The food I’ve ordered (non-bakery) has been good, so there’s some saving grace. The process of ordering feels mechanical or lifeless now, though. Seems like the same one person smiling each time I visit, and it’s not even the one taking the orders. Thank you, drink preparer, for not looking like you’re having a miserable time at work. As for the drinks, over the past year they’ve been hit or miss. Sometimes they’re lacking flavor and sometimes too much syrup is used. Gone are the days when I could reliably get a solid coffee from Firefly. Not sure what has happened but my favorite local coffee shop fallen a few notches and I can’t confidently recommend them like 6-8 months ago.

Really enjoyed this cafe in Oregon WI. Lots of room with many tables and a few couches. Nice decor, lighting and art work on the walls for sale. A lot of coffee, tea and other beverage options available with very fine baked goods like muffins and scones etc.... Great service and a clean facility. Right on Main Street in downtown. Highly recommended 👌.

I made a special trip to try out the food and baked items. I was sad I missed the day when they have cinnamon rolls, but the sandwiches were very good! Parking in the back for carry out. I ordered online and had a little trouble with the technology, but it worked out.

Such a shame this place closes so early. I, and many others, used to spend loads of time and $$ here in the evenings. Current owners should really re-think this..

LOL, the owner is mocking me for suggesting they stay open later. Incredible. Obviously it's your choice to decide your operating hours. But I can tell you that many people stopped visiting your cafe when you eliminated evening hours. And restaurants in Oregon serve a completely different purpose - again obviously.

Found is very spacious and bright, coffees and teas were reasonably priced and tasty, and lots of nice conversation nooks. It was very busy on the Friday morning that I went, but our group of 4 still found seating. Looks like a fun, buzzing place with space and amenities for all ages and groups.

Very cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Love how large it is too! Friendly staff and delicious drinks and food. Very LGBTQ friendly.

We get food and coffee here every Saturday. Every single menu item is delicious; you can tell the workers take their time to make sure a drink or sandwich is made accurately but also really *good*. They dont skimp or rush through it. Plus I love how involved they are with the community and that they use local and sustainable resources where possible.
