Gluten free friendly gem. Soups to make you want to drive from wherever. Great contactless pick up. Staff is amazing. I stop to order whenever I'm in a 10-mile radius.

Great food. I wish they were open on Sunday as I would think they'd get a lot of business on that day. Some people I know that want to try this place tell me this place is always closed when they want to go try it. If you can make it here, the vegas is a phenomenal sandwich. The owner did a wonderful job cleaning this place up from when Dick's Quality Meats was there. I can't wait to try some of their food this summer when you can sit outside.

Really one of the more underrated places to go for lunch. They have a great selection of Craft Beers in a bottle. They also have delicious grilled cheese sandwiches that you get to choose the ingredients to build your own perfect stack.

I love this place! It's quite possibly my favorite restaurant in my home town. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they were exclusively takeout. The day I ordered, they were having some technical difficulties with their online ordering system (where I work, we have a similar system, so I completely understand) I had to wait a little longer for my food, but they gave me a complimentary cookie to make up for it. It was so kind of them, and the food will always be worth the wait! Tusen takk Sunn Café!

I came into Sunn for lunch and was blown away by how fresh and delicious the food was. I had the Cali sandwich and my friend got the Chickpea Sunflower Salad. Both were FULL of flavor. 10/10

What an AWESOME find in Mt. Horeb!!!! We were in town for the art festival and by noon were ready to find some food! We are pretty health conscious and we never found a lot of good options in that town that cater to this lifestyle. We passed by the Sunn Cafe and decided to give it a try. OMG! Totally a new favorite place!!!! First off, it was a Sunday (they are usually closed) but they were open for the busy weekend (thank you!). When we walked in it was PACKED! I thought, "uh-oh...I better have a third and fourth back up option for food..." A young girl spotted us (we must have looked confused), greeted us with a big smile and gave us menus. Told us to find a table and order at the counter...the line was nearly to the door...when we got to the front the lady at the cash register was still just as pleasant as if we were her first customer of the day. If she was dying on the I side whe never let it show LOL. Their drink fridge stayed stocked with the best (and healthiest!) drink options, I ordered the summer salad special with fresh organic blueberries (which I was certain would be sold out), but they had everything we wanted! The service clearing tables and delivering food were just as friendly and that line to the door never stopped. So KUDOS to them for keeping an extremely friendly demeanor in the midst of all the chaos, for having enough on hand to not run out of things and disappoint customers and for offering delicious healthy (and largely organic!) options! You guys are the top of your class! We will absolutely be back!!!

I literally come here at least 3x per week. They offer anything from flatbread, soup and sandwiches to healthy salads and vegan options! Their specials are ALWAYS, without a doubt delicious - there's something unique everyday. Staff is friendly, attentive, and accommodating to any dietary restrictions. Service is fast. They offer take out, but the overall asthetic of the cafe is so charming you'll want to stay and enjoy your meal there! If you're in Mount Horeb around lunch time, this is the #1 place to check out!

Big city tastes/flavors in that small town feel!

If you haven’t had a chance to stop into Sunn Cafe than you are missing out. Their flavor profiles and food are heads above anything being served in this area and could go head to head with any lunch time eatery in Madison. Their attention to detail and complex flavor combinations make each option a fun trip to flavor land. As one always looking for that perfect bite....Sunn never comes up short. With new specials daily, Sunn provides you with options from the comfort foods on up to the light fair with salads. Their cafe setting takes you to that small town feel where you know that care and comfort abound when the preparation of your food. I avidly follow them on social media waiting for the “new” special of the day. Keep up the good work Sunn Cafe!

We went here for traditional breakfast while they did not serve that we were greeted by a happy smiling face that recommended us to a restaurant down the road. I will for sure be back for a quick coffee or lunch when in town.
