This place is definitely overhyped, there’s nothing outstanding or remarkable about it, besides that it’s at the pfister hotel. I was expecting much better but it wasn’t bad. I got the Colossal Breakfast Sandwich. It was good, too much egg for a sandwich in my opinion, but i enjoyed it. The hash browns were not good, I had to use a lot of ketchup to mask the grill flavor they had. My mom go the Banana Foster French Toast, she didn’t like the bitter taste of the sauce, which was probably the rum.

Coffee and banana and strawberry smoothie were good! They use real fruit, unlike other places. Prices are reasonable and the service was excellent! Sheena is an awesome server!

Amazing service, friendly staff! We loved our waitress, she was so attentive and she told us a few ghost stories about the hotel and other haunted places in Wisconsin. Mimosas were perfect, mostly champagne and just a splash of OJ. My bagel breakfast sandwich was really good. The hash browns were great! Most Milwaukee brunch places only serve breakfast potatoes, this was a nice change.

Fast service, very good caramel macchiato and fresh food

Had a delicious salmon plate with bagel and cream cheese for breakfast. The salmon portion was generous and more than I could finish in a single meal. Service was prompt and friendly. The kids enjoyed the eggs and sausage - they ate twice as much as they normally do. Definitely recommend if you're staying at the Pfister.

Came here after staying at Tru by Hilton around five minutes away. The breakfast there is mediocre. Came
Here to be waited in and get better food. 30
Minute wait went fast. Worth waiting. Was served coffee upon sitting down. Servers were running around like crazy making sure we were taken care of. Food was excellent.

I visited the Cafe at the Pfister for the very first time. The Christmas decorations throughout the hotel were spectacular —a treat to behold and to take pictures. I thoroughly enjoyed my entree, which was their signature dish of artichoke lemon pasta with shrimp: I also had a latte that did not disappoint. We decided to make this an annual treat at this time of year.

The only reason I docked one star is because there was a few pesky flies coming from the vent behind where I was seated circling my head. I’m hoping they attend to that situation, STAT.

Food is great & not your usual cafe fare. They always have a twist that makes the item special. Service is friendly & attentive. I highly recommend a visit. Parking is onsite & easy.

Avo toast. Didnt like the bread and the vinegar taste was kind of strange but it was still good. Would be better with like a everything seasoning. Took a latte to go, that was good

Had smoked salmon platter next visit that made up for the avo toast. Yeah doggie. Get that!

Solid experience. Only got four stars because it didn't knock it out of the park but definitely a good place to meet friends for breakfast or brunch.
