Great service and great food. If you're in the mood for breakfast, I highly recommend their breakfast menu. Their Avocado Jack Wrap is my personal favorite (have them add applewood smoked bacon to it). They also have a small but excellent wine section at this location.

They really really didn't want me to take pictures inside ,Soni stopped after 7 or so, too bad. The coffee was fairly priced and decent. Be nicer to your customers and you may get better ratings overall.

Barriques is the best coffee shop in the area! From their very excellent coffee to their delicious cookies & scones to their healthy lunches. Their new frappes are the best!

This place is 5 stars most times but good in that things are limited & changing now. I have moved out of town but get here when I can. Think a very good coffee shop but bring your appetite!! Usually good for browsing, too.

Great coffee, lattes, espresso. To eat I have tried and loved the Mediterranean plate, cowboy cookie and yogurt/berry/granola. Scones are ok, not great. Parking is free and easy. Seems to have a high staff turnover. Cozy interior to include a working gas fireplace!

My wife and I are frequent visitors of the Old Sauk Barriques. They make the best iced mochas in town. The inviting feeling you get when the amazing baristas like Amelia knows your name and drink and strikes up casual conversation just canβt be beat.

We had a really nice experience at Barriques this afternoon. The gentleman that took our order was professional and kind. There was one order ahead of us. And since everything is made to order we had a chance to look around at the selection of specialty wine openers, cork screws, and wine bottles (10% off bottles of wine on Tuesday if you buy 2 bottles of wine).
They were COVID compliant with both the gentleman and lady wearing masks and gloves. COVID related signage and blue arrows for entrance and exit were highlighted.
The honey lavender iced coffee and the iced caramel coffee were both delicious!
Thank you Barriques!!

Good coffee, nice vibe. I had the Maple Pumpkin latte. It was good. Lattes were served in beer glasses. That was a little weird to me, and the glass got very warm with no handle.

Barriques is a Madison treasure. The Wall of 100 wine is wonderful. It's worth signing up for the email deals from Matt Weygandt, to build up a nice wine cellar at competitive prices. His descriptions of the weekly details are a treat in themselves.
Coffee drinks are well crafted and soups and sandwiches are creative. There are cute gift ideas when you run in for a coffee and remember that you need a hostess gift for your next stop.

Coffee is so smooth and flavorful, talented baristas whom most are friendly. Food is yummy, just wish they don't use microwaves to heat up food... LOVE IT none the less. βπ΅π·π
