Fiddleheads Coffee Mequon

I visited this place for the first time this morning about quarter to eight. The two ladies that were inside working very hard, we're extremely welcoming and kind to me. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, I'm not really a coffee drinker. But I wanted something kind of sweet, with kind of a kick, and they came up with the perfect answer for me right away. And Bam she was on it! I had my drink in less than 2 minutes, and it was delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a great morning start. Today was my first visit and I'll definitely be back. I needed a place to get some work done and the wifi was fantastic, and easy to connect to. The coffee and tea I had were both great. They don't have any gluten free options, except for a made-in-house granola bar (which was excellent). The staff I talked to was well versed when I asked about GF options and let me know it was "gluten-friendly". This would be a solid 5 stars, but on the few occassions I approached the counter, I always had to wait for someone to realize I was there and once I had to ring the bell after waiting for a minute or so. They could definitely improve on the attention paid to customers.

Pretty good coffee and bakery. I like that they make their own bakery now, although they used to use City Market bakery which is much better.

Great place for a small meeting or interview, which you'll definitely notice by the crowd when you get there.

I went in here for the first time in my search for some locally roasted fresh whole coffee beans. This place roasts some wonderful blends and single source coffee beans. I don't think they roast on site as they have another shop that does that locally from what I understand. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Good espresso. Friendly, attractive staff. Homey and comfy decor. They even have a room in the back for meetings, so obnoxious business deals don't disturb the rest of the patrons.

I don't know of it's just a string of bad luck, but the last three times I've been here, I haven't been able to get what I wanted. Early December there was a power surge and there was no coffee, only Expresso, mid December on a Thursday evening their Network was down so you couldn't use gift cards, only cash, and this morning I thought since I had time I'd have a toasted bagel, but the turbo oven was down. I think I need to give up.

Love this place. Amazing outdoor seating area that has heaters and a fire pit so you can use nearly year round! Always have yummy baked goods.

Friendly place to sit and chat, bakery scone was very tasty. Patrons clearly comfortable and welcome to hang out. Sunny and pleasant setting. Give them a try!

Great tasting coffee and coffee drinks of a wide variety. Warm specials during winter and cold ones for summer. Fiddleheads has fresh bakery baked in their own ovens. Highly recommend.

Great place to have a business meeting, or just a quiet place to read or catch up on work. Comfortable seating, quiet (but not too quiet) atmosphere, great coffee and delicious-looking bakery (I still haven't tried any).
