I am very happy to have a local coffee shop in our neighborhood. I enjoy stopping in for a crafted latte. Lots of great options. The food menu is good. However, cost of everything is on the high side. Happy to pay a little extra to help in hard times, but a few things are priced excessively high. Be prepared for a well crafted beverage at a premium price.

One of my favorite coffee shops. Food, drinks, environment and staff. Breakfast bowls are awesome and so is the matcha lemonade!!!!! Flat bread are also perfect! Great for dogs with plenty of outdoor seating!

I continue to be unimpressed with Twisted Grounds after multiple visits. Today it was a $5 cold brew that was just hot coffee poured onto ice. The ice melted immediately and it was the same as drinking day old coffee on ice at home. I want the neighborhood coffee shop to succeed, but multiple experiences like this make it very challenging.

The coffee is good, but everything is pricey and seems like every other time I order food they get it wrong (one cream cheese instead of two or wrong kind of bagel, that sort of thing). Long waits for someone to take orders (not always but often seems like they have one person trying to do too much) Also the rewards are confusing. Today i typed in my number even though it should be linked to my card and it showed that I'm a new member and don't have any of my prior points. So I guess something got reset? I also can't find any way to see or use my points if I try to order online. So overall a frustrating experience coming here. I wish there was another option in the area.

First time visiting! Awesome customer service, loved the staff. And the ice cream :) Also the cafe is so aesthetically pleasing.

Very busy place. Outside picnic tables on their own lawn/park. Lots of mothers and children. Seating inside was almost filled.
A huge apartment complex is being built across the street.

First time at Twisted Grounds yesterday for a business meeting--excellent place. Various types of seating and the coffee was very good. I'm not on the East Side often; however, next time I am--I'll stock back in.

Piping hot , delicious food! The vibe is incredible and I can’t believe I haven’t found this place sooner. Creative menu, cool partnerships, great service and a great place to post up with a laptop or hang with friends!

This is my favorite coffee shop. I try to go every weekend with my BFF. We go so often that some of the staff know us by name already. The coffee drinks here are always good and they consistently taste great. They use JBC coffee which is some of the best and local. Almost everything in the store is local which is awesome. Their food is also amazing. Just stop in and check it out yourself :-)
