Twisted Grounds

We were excited to have a coffee shop open in our neighborhood, and Twisted Grounds does not disappoint. The coffee is excellent, the menu varied, and the staff is friendly. I look forward to more precedented times when I'd be comfortable working there and sipping coffee, but we will be back for carry out again soon in the meantime!

My first time going to twisted grounds, the customer service was good but the coffee and matcha was a bit of a let down, the food was good tho. I was however surprised when I watched a girl take a coffee that had been sitting out on the counter for a couple of minutes and she poured a bit of the drink into a small cup drank it then put the drink back out on the counter and called out the name of the drink. It seemed unsanitary, and made me feel very uncomfortable.

My friend and I meet here occasionally. Very friendly staff! Comfortable places to sit. Breakfast sandwiches are great as well as their coffee!

The stire was interesting. Friendly staff. The coffee was so bad I had to throw it out. Tasted sour. Not sure if it was the coffee itself or the ingredients

My favorite coffee shop in Madison. Food quality is superb- and quantity. Restaurant quality food and not overly sweet coffees. Happy to have this spot around.

This place is fantastic. Very good food (except the loaded breakfast bowl which is way too soupy), tons of coffee, tea, and non-caffeine options. They also have events going on all the time - outdoor concerns, book clubs, drag bingo, puptoberfest, etc. Woman-owned and operated and supports good causes.

Also, a good amount of power outlets!

Unbelievable smoothies. They are great. Highly recommend trying one out. Great atmosphere! Super nice staff!

At Twisted Grounds, the atmosphere is cozy and quaint, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the menu was expansive. The raspberry vanilla black tea was amazing, one of my favorite drinks I’ve ever ordered. I’m excited to try even more of their options. I will absolutely be back to this neighborhood gem!

Everything steak bagel is absolutely delicious. Their new avocado toast is nowhere near as excellent as their previous version though, which sucks. The food lacks processing chemicals, which is great. A bit pricey though for a cafe. Yet, on that same note, its because its cooked fresh. And oh, their drinks are amazing.
