Twisted Grounds

This is a cute little place with good coffee according to my wife, who would know. The food was very good that we ordered. I ordered the steak salad which has little chunks of steak avocado, spinach, red onions and arugula, see photo. I also ordered a strawberry blueberry raspberry smoothie, which is also very good. She ordered scrambled eggs, bacon and toast which was also tasty.

Ordered the Avacado toast which was delicious. Coffee was just okay but it may have been what I ordered, not necessarily how it was prepared. Our food was ready long before the coffee. This was on a Saturday so they were very busy.

A great local coffee shop with incredible food and local specials daily. When in the Madison area this is a must and has not disappointed no matter the selection. The outdoor seating is a bonus, but the indoor is eclectic and welcoming.

This place is the best in town for good coffee. They have a ton of options and great coffee selection. They also have a lot of other things to try. Tried the food for the first time and it was great! Highly recommend both the food and coffee. The interior design is also lovely and really just gives off a nice vibe.

I've been looking for a place that feels comfortable inclusive and welcoming. Someplace I can sit and write or read but also has good coffee and good treats! Twisted grounds is above and beyond that. They are all those things plus they have amazing food and a wine / beer selection as well. Every time I've gone there Ive felt not just welcomed by the staff but by the entire place. Just the vibe of the place is wonderful. This is definitely the coffee shop in my area that I've been looking for.

Usually pretty busy in this spot, but I’m always able to find a seat in their cozy chairs or at the bar by the windows. Looking forward to stopping by on the warmer months to take advantage of the patio space!

I live nearby so I love how I can easily walk here. My soy latte is always made great. Recently I tried their spicy and sweet breakfast panini and it was a hit! Their tomato bisque is great!!!I ordered online and was able to skip the line.

Very comfy place. There is a decent amount of seating, with several super nice couches (hard to find in my experience!). There are some outlets to charge - not that many, so I wouldn't count on being able to plug in laptop. We have tried lattes, macha, and teas, and all of them have been great so far. The coffee drinks run a tad expensive, but the ambience makes up for it. When we got the breakfast bowl, it was a little watery, so if this is something you don't like, maybe go with a different breakfast dish, there are a lot of options. Overall I'd highly recommend!

Delicious! From the coffee and tea to the vegetarian breakfast sandwich. Will definitely return! Awesome staff especially the counter girl.

Don't believe the sign on the cookie cover near the cash register saying that cookies were 99 cents with the purchase of a drink. That was last week. Now the drink has to be 16 oz. The sign did not change. You need to change your sign or honor it!
As a customer, I was totally annoyed.
