Great outdoor space. Often with live music. We enjoy the downtown vibe, great service and food. We enjoy it here just the two of us or with friends. It's always fun.

I love Come Back In. Doren, Logan, and Andrea are amazing servers/bartenders/hosts(es). They are friendly and always provide prompt service. The selection of beer is top notch and always rotating. As for food my personal favorite item is the French dip. Enrique in the kitchen always cooks it to perfection! This place is amazing!

Rad spot, cool location, great food, friendly staff. Thanks for hosting live music! Big shout to Arjay for letting me do the show 🤘

This place was amazing! The band was amazing! Gin Mill Hollow. The venue was perfect.

One of the better downtown bars for regulars/natives who don't want to deal with hipsters and frat bros. It's not my absolute favorite, but it won't do you wrong.

My friends and I were visiting Madison and wanted to check this place out, it was certainly memorable in a bad way. We had the worse waiter who was extremely uninterested in us, poor service and just plain rude. He also tried to bill us for several items we did not order, absolutely awful service. The customer experience was not his nor the establishments priority.

Great beers on tap. Thursday nights features live music outside (weather permitting ). Lots of energy and toe tapping. The bar is huge and offers plenty of room. The parking lot is usually full. Extra parking in the MGE lot across Blair Street. When it warms up outside there is sand volleyball and live music. The Come Back Inn shares the building with The Essen House. More great beers and a hearty menu.

This was such a great place we stumbled on at 8am trying to have a few drinks before an 11am football game when bars are not typically open. Friendly staff, mom n pop feel and so much character with old artifacts, about 300 tap handles lining the ceiling and a well worn but clean and comfy vibe in an old brick basement. Full breakfast menu on newsprint which gives you an idea. They did have a football shuttle but we did not take it, already having other reservations on the bucky shuttle.

Lively atmosphere. It's kind of a mix between sports bar and a more traditional sit down restaurant. I like the casual vibe. The burritos are a steal at something like $3-4. Many in my group really enjoy the pretzel buns that come on several of their sandwiches.

Staff is friendly, there is plenty of seating and good beers on tap. Every Tuesday Wheelhouse plays, and it's great to sit outside and watch the live music in the Summer. The one time of was there for breakfast it wasn't good.
