Caribou Coffee

I was already a lover of Bou, but the customer service here is exceptional. With my mom brain, I forgot my ASAP mobile order, came like an hour after my order, and the sweetheart at the window remade it. And also made this mom's day. ❤

Caribou puts Starbucks and the local moka coffe shops to shame.. their flavors taste better.. the prices are a little cheaper and no matter what I order it never tastes watered-down.. my order is never wrong and all of the ladies are always in a great mood.. also even when it's busy I'm not sitting in line waiting all day like I have at the others multiple times.. I refuse to go anywhere else now🤷‍♀️

You can tell the employees are well trained! They were friendly and made small talk while I was waiting for my drink. I'll definitely be a regular here.

I love this bou. She is my Bou. Haha. But for real though the staff here is always friendly always personable, and will always be my go-to coffee shop.
