The good: pizza tasted good. The bad: they made the wrong pizza (our specialty pizza turned into a single topping). They did not offer to make us the pizza we ordered but gave us a very slight discount. The ugly: we received a soiled plate with crumbs on it and the restrooms were filthy. We will NOT be returning to this restaurant which showed a lack of integrity to its customers and a poor work ethic.

Pizza 5 stars... Service varies anywhere between 1 and 4 stars... Prices 4 stars. Place could use continued improvement and it has been getting better. I'll keep coming with my friends to enjoy the best pizza in Eau Claire.

A group of 6 went in for lunch. Waitress didn't write anything down which was impressive. What would have been more impressive is if our orders were correct and/or not forgotten. Burgers took 45 minutes and were undercooked. Has good potential and am willing to give it another shot.

Fun venue. Great Pizza. Normal beer selection. Not much for any craft beers. Can be a family friendly environment, but not on the weekends. The appetizers are O.K. but a little on the greasy side.

I planned a surprise 50th party for my husband and used The Plus as my venue. I am so glad I did! It was seamless to plan, the pizza was amazing and the service was excellent. They literally took care of everything and made it such a fun and relaxing time for us. The staff even took extra time to help unravel 50 balloons that had woven together in the trunk on the journey over- talk about top-notch service!
If you are looking for great pizza and the best cheese curds you will find in Wisconsin... look no further!!

Mediocre food at best. The cajun seasoned burger I had was very bland. And, had burnt chicken on the BLT. Expensive food items for what you get. And the restaurant was very dirty. However, we had a great server. The gentleman that served us on Saturday was very nice.

Pizza Plus has great food, an amazing staff and is a terrific place to take the entire family or enjoy a night with friends. Their gourmet brunch is by far the best in the area with $5 bottomless mimosas. If you haven't been to "The Plus", I highly suggest you give it a try!

Not a family friendly restaurant. We loaded up our 5 month old and 2 year old on a Saturday night. When we walked in the door we discovered they were going to be having an improv event in the dining area in an hour or so, but were told by someone in charge they would make something work. We waited for a few minutes and finally a young girl came over and asked us again why we were there. We said to eat and she said rudely that she would have to talk to her manager about that and disappeared for a few more minutes. She returned and said that since the event was in a hour they didn't want to seat us at a table and that we would have to eat at the bar. Yup, like I am really going to put my 5 month old daughter up on the bar. Completely inappropriate. I then told them that if they didn't want to serve us we would go somewhere else, and they should have said as much to begin with. So, basically you have here a pizza joint that doesn't want to serve pizza to families at supper time, and instead of being up front, said they would find us a table and then were just rude for 10 minutes.

Pizza was OK. I may have thought it was better if it didn't take half an hour to get a tiny 12 inch pizza. They weren't busy either, maybe 5 tables when we came in. Ordered the chicken Gouda and, although I like carmelized onions, there were too many. Made the pizza way too sweet. Service was awful. Seemed to not care that we were there. When I tried to ask for napkins since my toddler had spilled a little soda, he just started talking about something else, then walked away. Then when I tried to get their attention to get a fork, they just walked by. Only "PLUS's" were the tap root beer, which they don't make, and my toddler liked the carousel. Don't think I'll be going again.
