This place is so amazing! Great atmosphere, the best Chai I’ve ever had, and the baked goods are so good! So glad we found this place! The whole family enjoyed being here, including my two little ones!

My favorite spot in Cumberland! Amazing coffee and scones! The owners and staff are always friendly and welcoming. Cute place with a great atmosphere!

You are missing out if you don't go to Roots. I'm not joking. An iced latte with oat milk and sugar free chocolate and vanilla is... literally the best.

The coffee was just OK - literally 80% foam and 20% coffee. The baristas were ok. 1 was chatting with a friend at the counter the entire time I was there and the other one moved very slow. Besides there being almost no coffee in my cappuccino, it was very weak too, even though I ordered an extra shot. Their prices were the same or higher than Starbucks. I won't be going there again.

I drive by Roots multiple times a weekend and have never had a chance to stop, until today! Great service, clean and super comfy atmosphere! I asked for a spiced chai, he decided to add a little chili syrup to give me a little heat and let me just tell you. This is absolute best chai I’ve ever had, anywhere. Do yourself a favor and stop here! Take 10 minutes out of your day to support local businesses! I’ll definitely be back for this spiced chai!

Gem of a hipster coffeehouse, right when you need it in the midst of a long drive through a lot of (beautiful) nothing. Coffee was high-quality.

Feels like an actual coffee shop not some mass produced gimmick. Coffee is delicious. Best part is the choice of different types of milk. Definitely going back.

I had an americano and it tasted like extremely watered down coffee. But I love the atmosphere and the scones were delicious
