The drive thru ordering is a bit unique. Make sure to order at sign/box on the OTHER side of the parking lot before going to the window.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I usually have good service when going to caribou, but today’s was better than ever. I had to ask for the baristas name, as I was so impressed there was no reason I wasn’t going to leave a review for her. Angie did an amazing job getting me set up for the rewards program and answering any questions I had. Will definitely be returning to see her bright and smiling face. I am so happy with my experience I had at caribou today.

I’ve been here twice so far. Good drinks, friendly employees. Only complaint: the drive thru is difficult with a large truck—but you can always go inside and order which is nice
