Scooter's Coffee

Ok place. Really wanted to like it more and tried it out twice, but not in my top choices of coffee places in Green Bay. To me it's more like gas station coffee. Wasn't impressed by their cake pops either. Hoping in time things will improve. Just one person's opinion.

I like the Red Bull infusions they give me the kick I need in the morning, awesome place great customers service, would recommend

Ordered two iced coffees with oat milk & vanilla, basic order. Both came out after 5min of waiting with visible layers to the drink as they haven’t been stirred at all (by it self isn’t the end of the world to just shake it up quick). But then upon tasting, this was clearly warm coffee, dumped over ice! So much so that the cups were warm to the touch and what little ice was left was quickly melted.

That evening had no time to stop back in or immediately go back to the window as our schedule did not allow.

Maybe I just had the “B Team” or an off day, but overall major disappointment!

WOW The only other place that i have had this good of customer service from is Chik Fil A. I tried the flavored red bull drunk. Yes its only a drive thru but the order taker was SO kind and so was the window worker. Made my Friday that much better. Thank you!

Went to scooters today as usual. It’s always my go to spot before I go to work for my daily 10-12 hour shift.. but this experience is so different and so wholesome compared to any that I have had before. A very common question is , what’s your plans today? Where do you work ? I told him that I was in fact a manager at my job. I’m not sure if I just looked absolutely burnt out and tired (because I definitely am) but he went out of his way to tell me that I am doing an amazing job at what I do because it’s so hard, especially right now. I don’t think he understands how much that actually meant to me. The restaurant industry is suffering so badly and some days it’s very repetitive and defeating. I didn’t tell him that I cried before work because I didn’t want to go another day, but I pulled out of that drive thru and shed some happy tears. I don’t remember the last time I cried happy tears. So please whoever was working the drive thru handing out drinks at about 11:27 AM today. Please let him know that I appreciated his kind words more than anything and it genuinely made my entire day. If there was anything positive that came out of my day today, it was stopping at scooters and chatting with him for a minute or two. Give this person a raise. His empathetic soul truly deserves it.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, service was very quick. No issue. The coffee was mediocre, and plain came with cream and sugar, and a bit too sweet.

Used drive thru. Customer service was friendly and helpful as we were 1st timers. Cinnamon roll was warm and delicious. Creme Brule latte was so good.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The cinnamon roll and chocolate chip cookies are soooo good. My kids love the cake pops and they are huge. Try the carmelicious. Just try it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

very good! great quality and good food. but the cake pop wrapper took me forever to open. so if y’all could change the wrapper thag would be great!
