The Black Dog Coffee Company

I've been going here semi-regularly since I moved out here. This coffee shop is quaint and roasts its own beans (which as a coffee-lover, I enjoy). They support many local companies which is also a give draw for me.
(The coffee scented soaps are quite nice too.)
Edit: Sadly, I have moved out of West Virginia since writting this; however, I highly recommend this place still! Miss you!

I Absolutely Love Black Dog Coffee. Everything About This Company Is Wonderful.. I Wish They Would Have A Black Friday Sale On Everything. It Would Be Awesome.

Really good coffee for both the beans and an in store coffee. I like a light coffee and really like the Ethiopian beans

The staff is super nice and you can customize all your drinks almost anyway you like. I tried the Peach, Pear, Apricot smoothie and it was perfect!! Super nice and refreshing. They also have milk substitutes which is really nice.

Always a good local brew coffee shop to visit, and next to the railroad tracks

Just got a cup of dark roast and wow was it potent! Tasted great as well despite it probably not being freshly brewed - was having a 4pm coffee break. Staff all very friendly. Excellent place to stop if your passing through on the highway. Support small businesses my friends.

first visit to this charming coffee shop. Coffee was excellent and service was outstanding. a must stop if you're in the area.

There are amazing local products here... lots of YUMMY food, dog treats, goodies, and GREAT coffee. The staff was super friendly, and they're extremely dog friendly. (And even cat friendly too, when it's not too busy.) I loved that it was vet-owned, and had a strong emphasis on supporting the local community. Love!

We can not recommend the tea latte. Probably the worst tea latte we ever had. The service was very friendly

Not commenting on the quality of the coffee but someone here loves trains and hosts a Webcam that live streams a perfect view of the rail traffic that passes by. Just wanted to say thanks. If I ever find myself in your neck of the woods I’m def stopping and supporting your business!
