I got the Mango Milk Tea. Best thing I have ever had! All of the employees were really nice and caring! I would definitely recommend this place to other people. The customer service is also amazing! 10/10 would go again

If I were solely reviewing the food I would give BF a 5/5. Unfortunately I've had several bad experiences with their management. I was flat out ignored at the downtown location while speaking to a gentleman behind the counter. I don't mind waiting any amount of time for food but I've never been met with crickets, repeatedly, by someone 3 feet in front of me that I'm speaking to. And no they weren't deaf because they answered me angrily after my 4th attempt to get their attention. It was honestly the most bizarre customer service experience I've ever had.

At the Suncrest location I watched as the clearly new cashier was being rudely berated by her manager right in front of me and other customers. I wish I had stood up for her and informed the manager how absurd the interaction was and that it was a really poor reflection of the business.

I've worked in the food service industry for years. I have all the patience and understanding in the world. And honestly, I never write bad reviews. But both of these interactions were beyond anything I've ever experienced in a restaurant before. I really hope whoever is running Bubble Fish can get their act together and start treating customers and employees with more respect.

That said, the food is good and I've never had any problems whatsoever with the lower level employees. Not sure if I'll be back though.

I ordered a green milk tea with boba, what I received was not green tea at all, but more of a flower flavored soap in milk. It was so gross, I couldn’t even drink it.

Very nice people and gluten free options available. The food is very good and the boba is actual boba and not those fake pop ones.

I love the food and the bubble tea, but I feel bad for the staff. multiple times ive seen the manager berate the staff for minuscule things. yesterday an employee asked me if I wanted a bag, I declined, and the manager yelled at them for a solid minute or two about not helping the customers even though I informed her that the employee offered me a bag and I said no. The same manager yelled at another employee in front of customers for "messing up the drinks". I'm not sure if the employee messed up or not but its unprofessional to discipline them for small mistakes publicly. very sorry to the staff 💕

Delicious food and drinks. My favorite was build your own bowl with sushi rice, shrimp & eel. I love taro drink with boba. Highly recommend I'd you like sweet drinks.

Bubble tea was really good they make it right infront of you with fresh ingredients. The only downside is they don't have bubble tea straws . Only reg little ones . I ate my bubbles with a spoon 😔. Something so simple but so vital . I drank a quarter of it and tossed it from frustration of using a spoon.

I’ve only been there one time and I can wholeheartedly say that it was the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. The staff was so friendly and I hope to come back soon!

This is one of my favorite little restaurants to frequent in town. The concept is unique and stands out among other restaurants, the food is really tastey and good quality, and you get a very good portion size for the price you pay. Parking isn't great, but it isn't great anywhere on high street. I highly recommend giving Bubble Fish a try!

Amazing new restaurant that just opened in December 2019!!! Not even a big fan of the things in the Hawaiian poke bowl, but I got it just to try and it was so good! I definitely recommend the Taro Milk Tea with the Hawaiian Classic poke bowl. New favorite restaurant on high street.
