SWEET HUT CAFE

AMAZING!!! I have ordered bubble tea from here twice and my only complaint is how completely addicting it is!!! We just moved to the area and I’m thrilled to have a place that has good Bubble tea! First time I got strawberry tea with kiwi burst and the second time I got coconut with mixed burst!!

Thai tea is a classic and was very good, not very creamy like I like, but taste is spot on and strong Thai tea and boba was good and good amount of pearls.

The taro tea tasted like a toasted coconut and never had one prior so unsure if it is a traditional taste or not. I think I liked it as much as my Thai tea.

Customer service was great.

Food was very good and I’m the kind of person that doesn’t go to restaurants that usually aren’t big chain restaurants. This was out of the norm for me and I’m so glad I tried it!! The staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful.

Sweet Owners, Staff is very friendly. Went in almost to their closing time and they were still very attentive and food was still fresh. Ordered spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and Oreo Boba. Fantastic meal, I've came here several times. Best ramen available here in Martinsburg. Wishing long term success for this restaurant. Outdoor/Indoor dining available. Must try location!

Great food, people, and atmosphere! I love the poke bowls! Definitely would get the Sweet Hut Poke with spicy mayo drizzle on top. Sweet potato fries are so tasty too! Also staff is super friendly.

Such a cute bubble tea place!! The cashier there helped me with the menu and let me know which teas were non-dairy, and the Thai tea I got was delicious. We didn't get a chance to try them, but there were some really beautiful poke bowls and desserts they sell. Inside was super cozy, and I loved the window seats to look outside!

This place is THE reason I go out to eat in Martinsburg..! Very authentic boba tea and I can’t get enough of their tonkotsu ramen! Love their pokebowl and ice cream roll too etc. I would definitely suggest to give it a try, it could be your next favorite place!

I will echo the point of another reviewer in saying that Sweet Hut Cafe is "unique for the area" - it's not amazing, just okay, but might do in a pinch if you can't head to the DC area. I did not have the great customer service experience that others have described. Intending to dine in, we asked to have what we had ordered packed up to go before our drinks even arrived because the server was extremely rude. The poke bowl we ordered was decent; again, not great but okay for the area. I cannot recommend the ramen based on what we ordered; it was not good. The poor service was off-putting, but I might stop by to try their boba tea and ice cream. I will pass on trying anything else.

I LOVE this place. Unique menu. Cool atmosphere. The house sandwich (their version of a Shrimp Po Boy) is my go to. So good!

Quality food but can’t say the same about the service , one of the employees always seems annoyed & rushed when a customer is ordering a lot of items from the menu .. I also asked if she can take our order outside and she was like “ you want me to take your order outside ? “ with an attitude .. this is the second time she is like this with us. First time I just gave her grace and thought she was having a bad day but she’s is the same today .. I don’t know about you but I don’t like to be rushed with an attitude while ordering food…
