I was charged 19.41 for three drinks (subtotal 16.81). I asked why the drinks were so expensive and was referred to the "Tacoma sales tax" tab. The number on it said 2.61. Basic math indicated that I was paying 16 percent sales tax. After my purchase I looked up what Tacoma's sales tax was (10 percent), it's pretty clear that this business is being dishonest about sales tax collection.

Coffee wasn't great either.

This place is awesome and a great addition to Proctor. The space is beautiful and bright with amazing windows and a very clean design. They have a wonderful staff as well. Everyone was friendly and provided suggestions. I did the Ethiopian pour over on their cool “poursteady” machine! See pictures and video!!!
This is a great stop while out shopping the farmers market or just walking Proctor in general.
Check this place out when your in town or show it off to friends from out of town!

Friendly baristas, good coffee . During this covid 19 period, I do appreciate that there are a couple of seats outside from which to people watch while enjoying my coffee. They do have WiFi

This is a pleasant cozy coffee shop. The quality of their coffee is perfect. Nicely done shapes on the top. Like in the pics. It feels like a very high quality kitchen in your house. A great place to enjoy coffee and be with your family or friends any day. The workers take pride in their craft. They’re very kind and they make sure your covered. Fantastic location too. Great job Olympia Coffee!

Great looking shop. The white roaster is super cute, so are the tile floors ( see photo ). Coffee and service were top notch. Even had sprinkles for my sons steamer.

Great first impression! Clean interior, friendly staff, and wonderful coffee. Didn't try any of the pastries, but they looked delicious. Was a very busy place for only being open two months - I'm really glad they're getting such great business! I love that they're in the heart of the Proctor District. Will definitely come back again.

my friend Recommended Olympia coffee for me.
Really good the aroma and tasty of coffee. a little sour tasty to me.
It was so good.

The quality of the roast comes through with the care that they pull the espresso shot. The barista was clearly skilled truly stretching the milk not just heating it with steam.
The atmosphere was clean with a classic mid century vibe.
The offering of a few sweet and savory treats in addition to nitro cold brew makes for a well rounded coffee experience. Well done.

Beautiful walk around this part of town. Olympia Coffee did not disappoint with its iced americano. The staff was quite friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and both the pastries and the coffee were great. I ordered the wrong coffee/milk for my friend (which was my bad) and they offered to make her a new drink free of charge. I will be back because of the amazing service alone! (..but would also return for a tasty latte.) Thank you for the outstanding customer service and for being friendly and understanding. Don't hesitate to come here.
