The staff is always nice. But sometimes I’m waiting in line for 20+ minutes with only 3/4 cars in front - not always but most of the time. My biggest complaint is that my coffee is never stirred well enough. White chocolate powder is always sitting at the bottom. Stick to getting energy drinks from gravity.

Got a hot mocha with whip cream and whoever is working today at 9-10am does NOT know how to make coffee. I didn’t even get what I ordered whatever I got was very bitter and no whip cream like I asked but got burned milk with burnt foam which is DISGUSTING. What happened to good quality coffee? Very disappointed

Would love if their contact wasn't for JBLM. Ordered a Down to Earth and got something else. No way to exchange it as it was brought to me by my husband. Will not be returning and would appreciate if they could respond.

It's clean and the people are friendly, but the coffee itself is disgusting. It tastes like burnt, rejected Starbucks beans that were then brewed at too high a temperature alongside a healthy amount of charcoal. My husband couldn't drink his, and I felt sick after drinking half of mine. Probably should have expected that after seeing that 80% of the menu was dedicated to energy drinks.

I use to love going here, fast and quick but their service has been SOO SLOW. I show up 35-40 min plenty of time to get a drink before work but absolutely has not been the case I work right up the road and I’ve had to turn around and skip on a drink. I work in customer service and I totally understand if it’s short staff but the service from employees here are hit and miss there aren’t always friendly face.

Currently NOT a good spot for a meeting AND/OR if you're hungry! Inside @ 8:30am on a Friday, been in line for almost 15 minutes and still 3 people in front of me. With a slammed busy drive-thru that takes out 1 person completely. This leaves only 1 other person for the inside making drinks and taking payments. It's painfully slow but if you're meeting someone then you're pretty much stuck. Then....NO FOOD WHATSOEVER. No oatmeal, bagels, or cookies. Dude says "nah...I don't think we've had any food for a couple of weeks" and nothing else. No apologies or nothing even though I'm staring at a large glass cooler for food, it's completely empty. Meanwhile they have a Winco next door with plenty of bagels. Just sayin. About to enter a 1 hour meeting hungry. Thanks Gravity!

P.S. Now next in line, almost at 20 minutes.

I had my husband go & purchase a 16 oz mocha for me while we were at work. It wasn’t filled all the way, taste like all chocolate. Don’t understand how hard it is to get an order correctly when I’m paying over $6.00. I also went to the Orting Gravity coffee stand, ordered an iced mocha, it had an additional syrup, not ordered, & the mocha oatmilk drink was missing the cocoa. Three times this has happened so I won’t be coming to either place & let everyone know that they should be careful of paying for things not made correctly.

Today I was overcharged by one dollar on a drink I get often. I let the person know behind the counter and she argued with me so I let it go. I asked for no foam I heard her making foam and repeat it please no foam once I got the coffee there was foam. I also waited in line for 20 minutes. I was trying to make this my go to coffee stand because I’m not gonna lie gravity coffee has the best chai. But I will not go back here because my order wasn’t right, I waited a long time, and then I was also overcharged. I’m really tired of coffee companies thinking they can charge us lots of money for coffee’s that are subpar and think we will come back because we won’t.

I ordered a dirty chai at the Sumner location a couple of weeks ago and the cup felt pretty light but I had already driven away before I got the lid off to see that about half the drink was actually foam. The same thing happened today so I drove straight to a different coffee shop and ordered the same drink. Here is a side by side comparison after scooping the foam out of the drink from GC on the right. I love the flavor of GC but I want the amount that I actually paid for please.

This location has ZERO respect for other people’s time and no sense of urgency. I waited for 30 minutes today for a Doordash order which after the long wait and FINALLY getting to the window, the barista forgot the order and had to make them. Will not be coming to this location and I would like to personally thank the baristas for costing me my time, and my tip.
