Electric Coffee House

Friendly staff in the heart of downtown Sumner. The atmosphere is different than your average coffee shop—in a good way. Bright and inviting with great coffee and inviting feel. We host a Facebook Live Show every week from this shop. They always welcome us with open arms and make it easy for us to want to come back over and over.

Visiting Electric Coffee in Summer. Great big coffee shop with an interesting interior. They have food, coffee, and alcoholic drinks. Very nice barista. It’s definitely a cool store. Lot of seating and tables. Also, really interesting shops along the main street here. Reminds me of old Bothell.

A fantastic find on a trip to Sumner on the bus from Seattle. Only an hour away, you can go from the gritty, post-apocalyptic 4th and Jackson to a metropolitan style cafe with a rainbow flag on a charming small town Main Street. A block north of the transit stop, you can enjoy interesting cocktails and healthy bowls in a welcoming and accepting atmosphere.

We love this place. Nice people, too.

Christina and her sister have struck upon something really special. Great single origin roasts and well pulled espresso. This will be the best big shop in Sumner for high quality coffee lovers. AND a drive through? We’ll be back!

Wake up tacos are so yummy. So are the macchiato and monster cookie! 😋

bright comfortable atmosphere. nice background music volume. appropriate tunes for a café. cashew milk is an option (bonus) and the zing chicken taco was nicely presented and delicious (softshell, pickled onions, fresh ingredients, presented with fresh lime) ! appreciate the use of washable utensils and taco stand. it would be nice if the napkins were unbleached and the cups and lids were recyclable in pierce county or bio degradable.

Finally a place not serving Dillanos! Great coffee, bright tasting. Great people and a great vibe! Plus you’re helping impoverished countries keep their lights on. Tacoma/Seattle priced coffee- but worth it.

Very cool hip coffee joint, looks new. I had a double espresso and it was very tasty! We like Sumner and this is a great coffee shop
