The atmosphere/aesthetic were amazing. I could hang out there all day. The coffee was exceptional (and I’m obnoxious about coffee. I’m a big fan of bright and complex coffees and they knocked it out of the park) the breakfast burrito was phenomenal. The barista and cook were both kind and welcoming and cared deeply about the customer experience. I would absolutely recommend going here for breakfast and coffee.

Excellent coffee shop in downtown Sumner. Coffee is quality and strong (no need for extra shots for those of us who like to taste our coffee). Indoors is clean and bright, hipster digs done right. Had the crispy tofu for a light breakfast and dear Jesus, Mary and Joseph they MEAN crispy. Will most surely return for more strong coffee, delicious food and the inviting yellow accents.

Addendum - popped by again based on our last experience… was disappointed to see the business completely ignoring the state mask requirement of indoor masking. At the minimum your employees (who are within 1 foot of my face when ordering) should be masked. When I inquired about it the employee said the mask requirement “wasn’t enforceable” by the state. Putting politics aside- if your employees wearing a mask while being in close proximity to hundreds of ordering coffee patrons a day saves someone else from getting seriously ill (maybe your employee, maybe their child or your coffee patron).. is that not worth it?? CRazy that our threshold for doing the right thing has to fall back on what’s “enforceable”.

We will be taking a break from electric and heading to craft 19 down the street.

Awesome!
The food was great, not to be missed. The atmosphere was light and open and friendly. The coffee looked like a high end coffee shop- we passed because we had just had coffee but for sure would be ordering it next time! Latte art is always a good sign of non burnt coffee.

I’m sorry, but a 1star review finished with “great service though” is 100% unfair. This place is a true 5 star establishment. The coffee is top notch, the preparation was well thought out and executed, the pricing was fair, the ambience was innovative and inviting, and the service was HEROIC! The straight up espresso was dynamic, flavorful, and comforting. Highly recommend for the coffee professional to the person exploring coffee for the first time. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for, and this place is worth every cent! Excited to come back and try the food (BREAKFAST BURRITOS AND TACOS!!!). Great space for children as well! Great job team. Ecstatic for your success!

Such a unique coffee shop! Their decor is fun and creative, they offer merchandise, and have great coffee. They’ve navigated through COVID with so much tenacity! It’s evident they care about their customers and are always looking for ways to serve better- even in a pandemic.

It might sound odd to get cocktails at a coffee shop, but this place breaks the coffee shop mold. Their craft cocktails are such a delight. You can see, feel, and taste the care that went into the design and flavors of these drinks. If your looking for an afterwork alternative for a drink at the bar, this is the place to go!!!

To no fault of the business. Been coming here for awhile, love the coffee and staff, today I was told by a patron to talk quieter because our conversation was deemed "inappropriate," and might trigger the old gentleman beside us with headphones in and a laptop to creep on us, and our talking made them leave. This gentleman paid absolutely no mind and was clearly not a creep. Very rude to stereotype. We looked around and nobody was looking at us. Seemed like we were invisible. I'm hard of hearing especially in a big ambient setting with music echoing and people chatting so naturally I talk louder and so did my friend, but I figured we weren't that loud and people weren't really paying attention. All we discussed was health problems and doctors visits and talked about plans for the week. Not sure why the talk of ovarian cysts and whatnot was deemed inappropriate by her or why she was eavesdropping, but I'll still be coming here. Its the go-to spot for confiding in friends and drinking good coffee! Just be mindful, there are some rude and stuck up patrons here, be ready to stand up for yourself. Otherwise been my favorite coffee shop, such friendly staff 🙂

April 10th update:
My wife suggested I try again and give it another chance. Today changed my mind. It's still expensive, but now it's justified. The food was great. We had the burrito and tacos again. Much better portions, the sauce is great, burrata toast was fresh and zingy. I'm raising my rating from 3 to 5 stars. The other part is it is so cozy, kinda hip and the employees are the nicest people ever. Good job, electric on. 👏

*Old Review:
Ordered breakfast. Flavor was good. Service good. Way, way over priced. $5 for a very small taco (4inch). Almost $16 for a small burrito. Quality was fine, tasted good. Not worth the money unfortunately. I wish i could give 3.5 stars. Had high hopes, disappointed 😞 😔

We visited for a day trip to the area and stopped on a whim...WOW. Anytime we're near Sumner this is now a must visit. Their pourovers were fantastic, bean selection was great - all locally roasted too! And the food was solid as well. The churros are a must get.

The food is super tasty, specially the Wake Up Call burrito, the coffee is pretty good, more on the fruity/floral side. Service has been decent, but sometimes a bit lackadaisical.
