Cool little hole in the wall. But doubt I'll go thee unless no one else is open again

This place was somewhat good. But they had no scones and other items with no sugar. I asked about the the muffins but they don't have much to choose from. So I had to settle for a bagel. They are way overpriced. I've worked at a coffee shop bakery. To me this place cost to much. But my bagel was good.

My children and I were in on Saturday. We were visited from AZ so we needed some goods to take home. Unfortunately my two kids under 10 lost their facemasks and were asked about them the second we entered. They Unfortunately had to wait outside. I asked the young lady if she wouldn't mind double wrapping our goods in plastic wrap for travel and I recieved such awful attitude. We purchased our items. My kids were crying because of how they were treated. We completely understand mandates but the lack of empathy and rudness was AWFUL. My husband went back in to purchase a sandwich for our kids because they were hungry and still... rude.

This is a nice Rocket but I'll usually go to one of the other coffee shops downtown. It's interesting how it's split up into two shops. One is on the ground level and the other is on the second floor. It's wheelchair accessible but there's no way for a wheelchair to get from one level to the other without leaving the shop and using an elevator elsewhere. There isn't a push button for opening the door on the ground level so I need assistance to open it when I go in that way. The last time I checked, they didn't have any of the sugar free flavor syrups at this location.

This is my second favorite Rocket Bakery in Spokane, but I often come here because it’s in the heart of downtown. The staff is friendly and personable, which is a reason I keep going back. The atmosphere is pleasant and feels like a true, urban coffee shop. Its wall art is unique and is located seconds away from Riverfront Park. I highly recommend this place! And try the Triple Berry Scone!

I found a little Beatrice Potter book that transported me back to my childhood while waiting in line. Please be sure to tip these kind bartenders when you wander over from the mall or the ice ribbon. This is a bank too so it's a nice safe environment.

The looks of the place are nice enough. I ordered a hot chocolate and an Americano. I had to use the bathroom while there so i ordered first then waited for the restroom. The young man in the restroom took about ten plus minutes he was a barista. The coffee was a litte blahzay but i barley got to taste it because the small size is more like a sample size lol.

The coffee is just alright, nothing spectacular, but their treats are delicious!
The atmosphere here is fun and upbeat.
The bathroom is always clean and it is open to the public.

Sadly very disappointed at their bake goods. Most of them are old and they do not taste good. Coffee was good and the batista was nice.
