Mug Shots Espresso

I have been going to this coffee shop for years because of the amazing coffee. I do not even live in spokane anymore but when I come through the area I go out of my way to get a coffee at Mug Shots because no one else can make an iced carmel latte like them. Today on my way back to my work out of town I went out of my way to stop and get a coffee. When I arrived the lines were crazy long. I pulled in and waited for around 20 minutes before I got up to the window to find out there were 4 or 5 girls standing around!! It was very ridiculous and disappointing to me as a customer because I have gone there for years and that many girls cannot figure out how to get the lines moving. I would think that one of them would know what was going on. The blond that served me did not know if the punch card was mine or the persons at the other window and when i got my coffee it was grainy and gross. I called to speak to the owner that is unavailable because they won't be in until tuesday. I could of gone to a closer coffee shop for better and that is something I didn't think i would have to say. Just disappointment....

I am a picky person to start off. I expect amazing when I go somewhere and can be hard to win over. My first time visiting the shop with my best friend she assured me it would be great. After only going to jacobs for my coffee I was not excited to find a new joint. Through the window the most bubbly and friendly lady once again assured me she would make my drink perfect or she would remake it. That was nearly a year ago. Rachel has made my drink perfect every time I come through. She is always smilingand ready to go. Which is amazing considering I need a quad shot to even think about being that happy. The team is phenomenal and always strives to make your expierence the best possible! I'm sorry Jacob's, my heart has been stolen! Thank you ladies for all that you do! I will always return. Love the pickiest person alive,

Very friendly staff. They always have a free lil treat for my kids when I bring them. Maybe not the "best" coffee in spokane but its my favorite.
