One of the best places in town, employees are always nice and happy to answer any questions you may have! Seriously the best coffee place if you're looking for a little locally run place!

We've been customers for 5 years now and usually it's a great experience. Prices are good, customer service is good and the product is really good.
Every ten drinks you earn a free one if you have an account.

This morning we went to redeem our free drink along side buying another with it and the lady who was serving us went to the computer and looked up our purchase history. She came back and told us that we can't use the free drink on a 32 oz frappe because we typically don't buy large enough drinks..... Sometimes we buy 24 oz hot chocolates, sometimes we buy 32 oz frappes and she actually denied us because in her view, we didn't spend enough money even though it's their rules. You buy 10 drinks, you get one free. There's no mention of sizes or rules or anything. She made this rule up on the spot for us only.

I find that extremely insulting as a loyal and long time customer. I have recommended this place to many of my friends throughout the years and this feels like a slap in the face. To me, this isn't about the actual drink. It's about no appreciation for my business. Either that or this lady had something against us for whatever reason. Needless to say I won't be recommending Hold Your Grounds to anyone ever again.

I went here 2 times and loved both of them. The first time I asked for an blue raspberry Italian soda it was the BEST so I went back 2 days later and asked for a strawberry cream Italian soda it wasn't as good but I still liked it. I also asked for a hot strong coffee of her choice for my mother, she gave me a salted caramel marble, my mom LOVED it and finished it in 5 mins. We both definitely will be coming back more often.

Just left the stand, and we're extremely pleased with customer service and comfortability of conversation with the barista. We are from out of state, visiting often, and we are more than willing to visit this stand again when we come back. We ordered the white chocolate mocha, with a little extra flavor, and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great coffee and good service. I wish that they didn’t make food here, the lines and waits are long because of people ordering food. I’ve spent a half hour in line waiting to just get coffee.

Very bad place ! Dont go here there staff is charging your cards days after and even the same day my bank has 48$ in charges im filing in court!! FYI THIS IS REAL IM A REAL PERSON WHO WAS CHARGED MANYTIMES AFTER I CAME BY THERE I GO DAILY FOR MY EMPLOYEES AT WORK ! NOT ANYMORE WE GO TO MUG SHOTS THEY ARE RESPECTFUL! THE FACT THAT THE OWNER LIES FOR THEFT WOW!!

Last 2 times I've visited the milk is rancid. Luckily I work at a medical facility so I was seen immediately for food poisoning. NEVER AGAIN!

So I had a bad experience about a month or so ago that the last time I visited since I'm an out of towner we skipped this stand & tried a different one... I went there today since I really do love this stand & the girls there & was like let's give them another try... I don't know the two girls who were there this morning (sun 10/17) names but they're the ones who are there usually every time I go & know me & my drink which makes it more special to go there since I'm from walla walla & only come to town every so often& to know both is really awesome & they really went above & beyond to make sure my drink was made right & double checked before I left & made sure my bfs drink was good also! I'm really hoping the other girl who I had the bad experience with was possibly new or just having an off day because they've definitely redeemed themselves, so once again I'll be back the next time I come to town ^_^
