Hold Your Grounds Espresso

I love the coffee and service here. This is 1 of only 3 places in town I buy coffee from.

Anyone complaining about the wait obviously doesn't understand the adage: "don't buy tacos from a taco truck with no line"

The reason for the wait is they have great coffee and equally good service.

Side note: I tried to add a suggestion of Cacao coffee and I think I posted it as something not on the menus. I apologize for that

Always nice customer service, they remember my dad's drink even though we don't go too often. They're super fast and every drink I've gotten was beautiful and delicious. Recommend anyone I talk too in the area.

Love the coffee but not worth the wait in line. Took me 13 minutes to get to the window. Only 2 cars ahead of me and the first car was sitting there as I stopped at the light on boone and still took 10 mins to get their drink and pay. The baristas in there were too busy talking and carrying on with each other and not engaged to customers and making their drinks in a timely manner. Only reason for 2 stars is because their drinks are good and consistent. Just not worth the long wait. Also there was 3 employees in there too not just 2.

Cant say enough about this little out of the way place people were walking in vehicle line up....brought me back to my theatre days.

every time I go I ask for a random coffee. I was never disappointed

The ladies are friendly and remember what I order (white marble Carmel 32oz) and have it ready by the time I get to the window... Keep up the excellent work ladies.

A friend recommended this place, and I think it's a pretty good stand. The employees are all really friendly. I went in and asked for something with white coffee that didn't taste too much like coffee and the gal made me something delicious. Two days later I went back and ordered the same thing, this time I had to give the drink to a coworker because the coffee taste was too strong. So the consistency is lacking a little from employee to employee, but I'll still go once in a while

This place used to be my favorite. They always got our drinks spot on. But in the last six months every time I come here they get my drink wrong and the girls don’t want to remake it and find away to blame it on us. Our drinks are pretty simple mochas usually to. I really wish they would focus on accuracy this at shop. We used to come here everyday some time twice a day now instead we go to another shop instead that is more expensive and further away but they get our drinks right every single time.

This is my absolute favorite coffee shop in town, never had a bad experience
