Exceptional Customer Service: I came in, got a drink, didn't much care for it so I only drank a little and left. Come in a couple days later. Barista not only remembered me, but remembered the drink I had last I asked me why I didn't drink much of it. He offered me another drink on the house and asked for feedback. Rarely have I seen a coffee shop care this much about the quality of their drinks. Always finding ways for improvement. Love the atmosphere, really enjoy the music events they put on.

This is a must visit coffee shop in Spokane. Espresso, American, pour over..the ambiance is 2nd to none. The merch vibe is đź‘Ť. Darn good coffee along for the ride.

Tendy coffee bar / breakfast place. There are lots of places to sit alone, work, also a great place to meet friends. I had a savory biscuit and tea.

The service was amazing, and the coffee was good, but not my favorite blend. Great view outside with the fox theater. If you like taking photos, this is the place for you to go. Very open space and friendly

Love working from this space! Lots of seating, the best coffee, the best people! I have to say: THIS PLACE MAKES DOWNTOWN SPOKANE COOLER!

Pricy but worth it & organic! Try the Couper! They offer innovative drinks that left an impression on me. The main seasonal drinks are more like coffee cocktails, but they offer classic coffee drinks as well. I appreciate the vegan offerings although I’m not a pastry person.

This is the third time I've been there. The first two times were good. I've experienced decent coffee, food that tastes like it is premade and shipped but whatever is trendy now is what it is. The service had been enough to make it tolerable and even enjoyable.I didn't feel rushed, I was attended to, and I got eye contact and good customer service. Out of the three times, the woman was running the front the first two. This time, my man and my daughter and I all came in and we were met with curt and frankly rude answers to our questions (avoid these questions with labels identifying the food and consistently placed menus), we said twice we wanted to dine in and got everything in paper and plastic. The food was all barely thawed, the tiny $7 biscuit was full of salt, the coffee cake was smashed and soggy, I wasn't able to ask for milk in my coffee because the counter was so full of people and we didn't get eye contact anyway. Very rude language, no eye contact, and the guy actually tapped the sign above him without looking at us when we asked about coffee flavors which we did because the menus are so disorganized and we were feeling rushed. My daughter's iced latte somehow came out before we paid which tells me it was not made there or was leftover. My drip coffee, 423, was lukewarm even though I watched them make it. I asked for oats because I wanted something less white flour and sugar and more protein but at 9am they were out of anything with eggs and I don't eat meat. I was asked "thick or thin" and I got a container so full of water that was lukewarm that the oats never cooked but became lumpy cold soup. When my man asked for a plate to eat his food on, a plate with something dark drizzled on it and dried out cucumbers was given to him. The tables were dirty. The place was loud like a bar. We didn't eat our food or drink our drinks. We wished we could've taken back the tip at least. $40 for this experience is memorable. We won't be back

Great cappuccino. Calm atmosphere and good vibes. Kind barista.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Spokane. The coffee tastes amazing and their caramel syrup tastes heavenly. I highly recommend it. You won’t regret going to this place.

As an owner of a coffee company, Colibrà coffee roasters, this shop is my go to while I’m in the Spokane area. Outside of the exceptional coffee that is always available, first avenue coffee has a phenomenal environment that is always appealing to the customer and exceptionally knowledgeable staff. They have set the bar extremely high for people like myself that have hopes to open a shop in the future.
