Haven't been in for years but recently moved back and went in for dinner. The food is great but the place is filthy with flies all over. The tablecloths are filthy and have not been washed for a long time! Countertops and spiderwebs in the dining area speak for themselves! The women's bathroom was obviously not cleaned on a daily basis, maybe monthly?? This place needs a general clean!!!! The bathroom was so dirty I couldn't shake the thought of what the kitchen could look like. Our dinner came, it was fine, very good colorful salad and then we ordered baklava for dessert. Delicious. Went to order more and saw flies in and outside the display. Oh!!!

Very odd experience. Place is run by a one man band. Older guy running the place is the hostess, waiter, and chef. We went on a Friday night and we're the only guests. It was very hot in the restaurant and their was one section that had a bunch of flys. Not pleasant!!! The old guy is nice but hard to understand. Very soft spoken. He also moves very slow. Also while he was cooking the food my husband yelld to get his attention and rang the bell at the register and he couldn't hear us. My daughter orderd the kids pizza. It was nasty, but the rest of us had good meals. I believe the food is pre-made then reheated on the stove. Witch is normal for restaurants but I don't think this place gets a lot of business, therefore I wonder how old that food is. We ordered the creme brulee for dessert and it was okay but definitely not fresh. Atleast a few days old and the sugar topping was not crispy like it's supposed to be, it was soft. We will not return.

Gyro was the worst. The roast beef and lamb tasted like processed meat. The sauce was disgusting in flavor. Definitely will not be back. Azars is the best. Yall can learn from them.
The bf ordered a Calzone and it tasted like it was made with ragu sauce. Not to mention it was just burnt bread. So disgusting .

I love this place! The owner is super sweet and makes everything on his own! If you want a nice greek style dish for reasonable prices, this is the place to go! My favorite dish is the rack of lamb! You can always call and have dinner ready and made for pick up all the way until 10pm!

My husband and I came here when we where dating, before Covid. The baklava is amazing, it is not dried out. Our personal favorite is the gyros. The portions are perfect, and it comes with a salad. He has a nice selection of wine, personally I like the Moscato. Of coarse the tirumisi is the best of it all. In regards to the restraunt itself, the old Greek man is personable and cooks everything. The atmosphere is as if you stepped into a villa. There is decore to it that is romantic. The table settings are beautiful, as if you where at someone's home. This place is one of my absolute favorites in Spokane. You do not get this experience in any other place, but here. I like the dry humor and personality of the old man who owns the place. He is so friendly, it's as if you are at his home, the hospitality is so generous. You will want to come back like my husband and I do. The place is sentimental to us for a reason, we just ate there today, and the cost feeling, the memories of when we were dating all came flooding back. Many people do not have these kinds of places and experiences in their history. This is a place you will not regret experiencing.

Good food, awesome interior decor. Food was fresh and flavorful. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. The sauce was excellent. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
I really liked the portion size of everything.
The owner was there cooking. Seemed like a nice man.
This restaurant is as described: Greek & Italian.

Sad to leave this review but I drove too far to be super disappointed. Salad is too cold, meat seems too processed, too much tomato sauce that tastes really unpleasant.

This review is difficult. I wouldn't recommend visiting. The atmosphere, clutter, service, and food were sub-par. I understand it's a one-man band, but that can't be the excuse. In the most respectable manner possible, it's extremely disappointing. Please take your money elsewhere.

I have finally eaten at this place after looking at it on Doordash and not being able to because of its pricey surcharges there. But when I went in yesterday to order takeout, nothing was a bad price. And I love the food I got. I ordered the Mixed Shrimp Pasta and the lettuce and vegetables seem to have been very fresh. One of my brothers asked for Shrimp Scampi and my other one asked for Neopolitan Pork, and my mom ordered the Tortellini Romano/Ravioli. We got home with our food and all of it was made by hand. I love this and anytime I need lunch or dinner and I am in the area again, I will come here. Also I like eating from privately owned restaurants vs franchised and corporate ones. The cook was also very sarcastic which added to the experience too. I am going back and I am going to try more on the menu. This place is highly recommended by me.

Love a good gyro and this is not the place to go at all. We each ordered gyros and what a disappointment! Hardly any meat in them and what was in there tasted like old TV dinner spaghetti meat. It was definitely pre cooked and frozen which was easy to tell from the texture. The decor is awful it looks like something from the early 90's even tho it's not been open for a long time. Only reason for 2 stars is the owner is very nice and friendly.
