Elixir Coffee Shop

Perfect pit stop! Not only is this wonderful Cafe at this beautiful site along the river, there is also a small park with excellent information about the town of South Bend AND the world's largest oyster.

Besides that this place has excellent coffee. I chose a cubano mocha. Service was fast and friendly (as were the locals). WiFi is fast and free. I sat out on the deck and did some work while I enjoyed the river views.

Decor is very nice. The owner is actually a florist by trade and it shows. Definitely not your standard small town Cafe

This was such a good find! Just stopped for lunch and coffee. Super cute inside and with good seating indoors and outdoors. Good coffee and yummy snack/sandwiches. I had the Sunrise Bagel. Super friendly service too!

Super cute little coffee place. They have salads and sandwiches in addition to a nice selection of drinks. The barista was super nice and helpful. Clean bathroom available. Outdoor and indoor seating tops this place off by establishing the perfect vibe.

Came to Elixir Coffee Shop for the first time after passing by it so many times and it did not disappoint. On a Friday morning, the cafe has re-opened indoor seating and had a cozy, bright, and friendly atmosphere. I got a 12oz Turmeric Latte w Oatmilk and a shot of espresso and the barista was very understanding and careful making my drink after I told her about my nut allergies. The drink’s warm spices made it feel almost like Christmas despite it being the Summer, and wasn’t too sweet. Will be back with friends in tow. Thank you!

Beautiful local gem, wonderful food and tea, as well as coffee. They have a great view of the river. Also, they sell local artists art. Great place to support you locals.

Lovely space, the atmosphere is almost magical. I only ordered a cappuccino, so I can't speak for most of the menu but the espressowas pretty good. Very dark roast, and the milk texture was similar to traditional Italian cappuccinos (very frothy). I'm glad we stopped in and I'd happily return.

Best breakfast sandwich of my entire life! Cheese bagel with pesto is bliss! Highly recommend. Gorgeous water views too!

Cute and quaint coffee shop with great views of the river. We enjoyed a couple of delicious cookies with our tea and mocha. Will be back!

Very friendly staff, great local customers, and a wonderful view! Oh...and the coffee was really good! Hope to stop by again when I'm in town ☺️
