RedDog Coffee

Red Dog coffee is just awesome. The system they have to get your order in is cool and staff are super friendly. After flying in from Chicago and wanting a great cup of coffee, these girls did not disappoint. The Reese's mocha I had was too good, and they custom made my son a Reese's hot chocolate.

I tried the coffee at some other local places but this one takes the trophy. I WILL drive out of my way to grab a coffee here, and I recommend you do the same. Also checkout the sweet swag they have, listen to their suggestions and enjoy the ultra up-beat attitude the staff have.

this place. how can I describe it? absolutely unique and delicious. normally I do not like spending hefty amounts on fancy coffee but I think it's safe to say that I would spend upwards of my life's savings for RedDog Coffee! I just got the blackberry cheesecake coffee drink and it is ridiculously good. 2 paws way up!

Stopped here Sunday on our way into town close to closing time. Girl that ran to our car was very friendly and took our order then ran back with an iPad to verify our order. Once we got to the window we got our first drink which was a bright pink spritzer I always order the same drink and it's always a very orange color I politely asked her what it was and she said it was what I ordered. It definitely was not! The 2nd drink had curdled cream that tasted bad and had gone sour! The third drink was the wrong size mind you the girl took our order twice!!!! When I mentioned we had asked for a different size I got a snotty remark from someone in the back and a blank stare by the girl at the window followed by them just walking away. I understand mistakes happen but this business has no customer service.I visit sequim often and after the last few stops here I will definitely will take my money elsewhere.

This is a unique coffee store in Sequim. The coffee is decent, but the lines are some kind of fad. I believe its location combined with a drive-thru with a patio platform that creates a magnetism to this place. The amount of traffic here causes customer service to lack a bit if your drink isn't exactly perfect. Just make sure your drink is right before you leave that window, otherwise you'll be fighting 20 other people for their drinks to get yours corrected. I didn't exactly feel special coming to this place even though it appears special to the location and the people that like to go there. I gave it 3 stars because of the way I felt when I was there, but could be five stars if they slowed it down just a tad bit and gave people a little better service. I walked up to the window thinking I would avoid a line, but even two ladies that were making drinks I seemingly fell behind the car is even though I was sitting there standing there by the window. I don't think I'll walk up to the window from the patio side ever again. In fact there is other great coffee in town it doesn't create this kind of a challenge for a place to get a cup of coffee. At 49, this is not exactly the place for me.

Top shelf customer-service, it's always nice to be remembered or even considered a regular any place you go, but in a place with such high traffic and throughput, it seems more precious. The staff at Red Dog are consistently courteous, professional, friendly, helpful, and a delight to visit with. 15/10 will patronize again!

This is some of the best coffee I’ve had! I’m not from this area, but I sometimes go out of my way just to treat myself. If you haven’t tried any of their homemade concoctions, go!

My wife and I spend too much money here. Their new cereal blasters are amazing though I dont care for the blue whipped cream they use on them but you dont have to have it on there. I also love their spritzers.

Delicious and creative coffee shop. We were only in town for a little while and we went 2 times to try their different specialties. The staff is delightful and the coffee is even more so

I'm new to the area and this was the first coffee shop I tried. I lucked out by not having to waste my time trying the rest. Great coffee. Friendly staff.
