LOVE this place. They do coffee right- it tastes amazing, and the people are so friendly. The treats and food is such good quality. Same price for any size plus they don’t ask insane amounts for tips. Love this spot!

Very rude people. I forgot my mask, and went to the entrance(didn’t even enter) and asked if they are providing/have extra masks but they started shouting to wear a mask instead of answering me - like I committed a crime or something. At least be courteous, we know masks are required but it’s easy to forget.

edit for the reply below: I didn't yell from the door, i know it spreads droplets. I calmly asked the person/barista who was in hearing distance but still far per the protocols. But the other person/barista started yelling at like I committed a felony.

This place charges +10% without saying it directly + they ask for tips one more time.
Coffee is fine, but I don't like to see any hidden charges on my bill.
Avoid.

A favorite “go-to” for good coffee and a place to hang out. Unpretentious environment— your cozy, neighborhood coffee shop.

Espresso drinks are their craft, and they do it well. Would recommend anyone to try this place if they haven’t already.

The barista was very friendly and helped me pick a good coffee (what's the opposite of a connoisseur? That's me).

We had a short chat about refining one's palate and she gave me three chunks of single origin chocolate from Togo, Belize, and (somwhere else) to try out.

I was worried the wifi was spotty. Sure enough I couldn't sign on, but they were responsive and reset the router for me.

Great place. If Cap Hill wasn't out the way I might make this a regular spot for me!

Best coffee in Seattle.

Really awesome menu - lots of interesting and unique coffee drinks. They seem to rotate it monthly or seasonly.

They supposedly have WiFi, but it didn't work - maybe because there were too many people using it. The tables wabble pretty bad too if you're sitting away from the wall.

The London smog was really good - pine smoked black tea with steamed milk.

Oat nog and Nefertiti were both interesting.

Mocha with chocolate bitters was also tasty.

Small place, run by the owner and one employee I think. The owner is a nice guy who knows a lot about coffee. He uses his espresso machine in a unique way to make brewed coffee, which is fantastic. Good people who know their stuff.

Creative and delicious coffee drinks in a cozy, friendly cafe atmosphere.

Coffee was okay at best, that's totally my opinion though. The guy at the register was a pretty rude and passive aggressive with me and my wife for no discernable reason. Wouldn't come again because of this interaction. The vibe of the place was pretty cool though, minus the interaction.

Oatnog, house coffee, breakfast sandwich, and service was great. Will be back.
