Ghost Note Coffee

Wow, absolutely lovely talk with one of the baristas there about everything coffee. You can tell how much they love their craft. It shows itself in the coffee too! The cappucino I had was outstanding and the drip (from a really interesting modified espresso machine) was also top notch. Couldn't recommend more.

I work around 80 hours a week and this place really helps me relax. Every time I come here I have been able to find something good, usually a pour over but every time I tried a coffee cocktail it was delicious without any gross stuff like myrrh or whatever the trendy places are using this week🙄. Hopefully this place stays here and I can get my kids back. They'd really like it.

They make one of the best lattes in the area. They also have a few signature drinks that are made with a variety of flavors but the one I had was too sweet for my taste (Lush Life). I prefer their regular latte. They also have pretty strict COVID-related guidelines which helps with ensuring the health of the customers.

Everything PNW! Lovely independent shop! Quiet on a Sunday morning away from crowds! No line. We didn’t catch the name of our barista, but she was very sweet and efficient!
Our drinks were tasty and hot! Perfect! Beans were a good flavor for the Americano and the Roobi Slipper with honey was delightful. Eco-friendly! COVID-19 prevention.

Incredible coffee with lots of unique choices. Plus you can grab your coffee to go and wonder around Capitol Hill for a nice morning. Only knock is that this place is fairly expensive. More of a once a month for a treat kind of spot.

Ghost Note is an awesome little space away from the typically all too busy and impersonal cafes of Capitol Hill. My favorite part of their set up is the unique method of brewing drip. The owner has modified an espresso machine to pull a 12oz coffee over 90 seconds. The result is a totally unique and always fresh cup which works in synergy with their awesome selection of roasts.

If you're not a fan of drip they have an amazing selection of rotating coffee cocktails with house made ingredients and syrups as well as all the traditionals.

If you haven't been here yet, definitely check it out and keep coming! This is a great little shop with a fantastic selection of drinks, snacks, and welcoming seating that deserves your attention and continued patronage.

It may be a case of my palate not being sophisticated enough, but I found the coffee a little fetid. It tasted OK, not great to my taste buds, vaguely fruity. The guy working the counter was pleasant and polite. The space is nice. Lots of outlets for people to plug in their devices.
