I've been buying coffee beans at Ballard Coffee Works since I moved to Ballard 5 years ago. I have had such a pleasant experience each time I stop in, and the staff are incredibly friendly, too! I get the World Traveler Coffee subscription and recently had a problem with it. I went in to see if it was still active and one of the baristas took time to help me solve the problem. I also love buying coffee and sending it to friends and family! I will continue to go here as I've had such great experiences with the people and the coffee is top notch.

Great little coffee shop! Good atmosphere, great coffee, and very friendly staff.
Dropped in for a while waiting to go eat. There's plenty of seating with some board games tucked away in a bookshelf.

I miss the cozier Tully's with the fireplace that used to be here, but the coffee is good, and there are outlets and wifi.

Good coffee in a busy location. Looking forward to more future visits

Great coffee. no parking. Crazy busy on sundays.

Warm, bright, and spacious café serving carefully crafted coffee drinks in the heart of the Ballard business district. Great service, wonderful roasts, and plenty of space — inside and out — to enjoy your beverage, get some work done, or talk with a friend.

Great service, tasty coffee, cool space. Seems pricey but no tipping. Selection should please any coffee aficionado.

Replace your plastic straws wrapped in plastic for linguine for stir sticks!

Nice atmosphere, many seats available, and great staff. If you are looking for a place to read or work, this spot’s not a bad choice. Unfortunately, coffee was a bit disappointing as it tasted weak.

just came here to say that I don’t think it’s okay to charge an extra $1.25 for oat milk. everything else was fine
