Cozy neighborhood coffee shop. It has friendly service, a big seating area and very chill vibe, people start to show up even early in the morning. On the other hand, coffee isn't spectacular or anything. Honestly, with so many coffee shops in Ballard, this one just doesn't stand out.

This place reminds me of what Starbucks must have been like before it was cool. Although it is part of a chain (Seattle Coffee Works), one gets the sense that you could actually sit here and write your screenplay just like everyone at Starbucks dreams of doing.
I stopped while cursing the Ballard Farmer’s Market in need of a coffee. I think this place is probably most busy during the Saturday market and, although the line was long, it did move quickly. I just got a cappuccino with skim milk but the baked goods and breakfast sandwich he’s looked fantastic.
I get the sense that this is one of the more touristy locations, what with the coffee and apparel for sale. While that doesn’t stop the coffee from being really good, it might make it a bit overpriced. Don’t go to Starbucks in Seattle, go to Coffee Works!

Love the different locations of the Seattle Coffee Works network and this one is no different! Coffee is on point - the mocha is coffee forward and not too sweet, just the way I prefer! The interior is spacious with plenty of tables to sit and relax with a book. Lots of people working in the cafe too - the environment is conducive to getting good work done! The baristas are friendly and super nice - special mention to them for getting my name right on the first attempt :)

Good coffee spot. Quick service and friendly staff. Regular varieties. Limited indoor and outdoor seating. Snacks are expensive. Small Blueberry muffin cost $6.50. Street parking can be hard to find but there is a 3 minute parking just outside the shop just enough time to grab a drink.

This is a great place to have a coffee and work, they have free WIFI and space for your laptop.
Their coffee is great, I had the Drip coffee and you could tell they had Ethiopian beans in there.

Nice coffee and comfortable atmosphere. We ordered Iced latte and hot cappuccino, and both of them are good.

Perfect place to get some work done or quick pit stop while walking around downtown Ballard for some good coffee, tea, or pastries. Part of the Seattle Coffee Works chain.

Ahh Seattle we Melbourne coffee fiends have arrived! They can make a good black coffee! Two italianos please and raspberry oats.

The macchiato was perfectly made. Plenty of seating and table space spread across three rooms.
