Great coffee, great space, great friendly staff. This would be my go to if I lived or worked nearby.

Amazing coffee shop. Delicious pour over coffee. Very very friendly and nice staff. This place has the best modern coffee shop vibe ever. So clean and well designed. Amazing location at the base of a multi level building. Will be back.

Excellent cortado and cranberry orange scone. The coffee shop had a nice ambience and the staff were friendly.

Their cold brews is rather sour in flavor, but I personally like the flavor a lot (with a splash of milk).

It could be busy here, but overall a pretty recommended cafe in the area!

Just visiting the area and since Seattle is coffee town I stopped in here. Loved both the cold brew and chocolate milk as well as the Cold brew honey bunches of oats. By far the best coffee I've had, bought some and brought it home now looking for a way to get it shipped to me. In Seattle go look at the first Starbucks and then go down the street to Anchorhead and get your coffee.

I try to avoid posting negative reviews, but I was particularly frustrated at this situation.

That being said, I want to preface that this is more about the service / rationale vs. the drinks & food.

I purchased an iced pistachio matcha & asked for slightly less ice. When I received my drink, they essentially gave me an iced pistachio matcha...a size down (and honestly, the ice seemed like regular ice for the size I was served).

When I inquired about this, they seemed frustrated and reasoned that it had to do with increasing inflation & that since I'd asked for less ice, they had to size the drink down.

I understand that inflation has been hard on all, but I wish I was told that this would happen as I'd have gladly paid a bit more to have the same size of a drink with less ice -- or, if they'd simply given me a heads up that this would happen because I'd asked for less ice. Just something to acknowledge the outcome, quite honestly.

I used to enjoy dropping by in the mornings when I've had to head downtown. But, this incident, coupled with the way the response was delivered, has made me avoid it altogether.

I was looking around for a good coffee shop to sit at and have a great view etc. I stumbled upon this coffee shop on google. and Immediately after scrolling through the Photos - I had to go.

it was 10am in the morning, but this shop was packed and also there is always a lineup to get coffee - they are pretty famous for their iced coffee lattes but i had their Cappuccino and sea salt cookie.. coffee was better of all the coffee shops I tried in and around Seattle downtown.

No wonder this place is quite busy at any given time as I was here for a second time the next day. the baristas were quite friendly with a smile and also take their coffee art very seriously. you could tell from the cup how good they are.

Will be here definitely next time I am in seattle area. Also i will take my friends next time - as they work in the downtown area as well. I almost forgot to mention - that this place smells absolutely amazing.. could be because of the baked goods but also the aroma of coffee is quite evident.

the pour over is famous i believe, seen some robotic machines that does this job.. it was very impressive.

If you are a cinnamon roll and waffle lover, you have come to the right place! The quaffle is amazingly good. I had to come here twice in my 2 days visit to Seattle. The coffee and tea here is also decent.
