Dutch Bros Coffee

I usually love dutch bros but the last two times I went to the Rochester location. The guy has changed my order and I don't like it . I order a cold brew kicker. I know it comes in a stander size but when i ask for it in a large cup I want it in a large cup. I watch them make it and dump stuff out and if I'm paying for it I should get it the way I want it. There's only three coffee stand in Rochester on this side by the freeway and I stopped going to one of the others for bad customer service, i won't think twice to drive on and spend my money some where else so i can get what i want.

The people here are so nice! The prices, quality, choices, and customer service is so much better than Starbucks. There is usually a line here but they usually have an employee walking down the line of cars taking orders, that way people can just grab their orders and go!

It was my birthday and received my birthday drink and the staff were great! They wished me a happy birthday and made the best drink a sugar free mocha.

Ordered two bob marleys. Only gave us Lattes and there was sticky spilled coffee all over my drink. It’s like they did not care about what they were giving to the customer

Really nice staff. I have never been here and the staff helped me with what I needed and were very patient. The cold brew keto with sf vanilla and sf chocolate was excellent!

This location is a favorite of mine when traveling. They are always super friendly and make good drinks!

I sat in line behind a car for 15 minutes turns out they weren't even getting a coffee they were just chewing the fat with the employee, when I commented to the employee about it. He told me just take my coffee and leave and slam the window in our face soon as we got our coffee I will never go to a Dutch Brothers again

They are so sweet and kind. I was having a bad day and told them. They didn't charge me for the coffee!!💋❤🌈👌

Only problem, they need to get rid of the other line. I had 3 cars CUT in front of me in line. (Merge)
I'm sure there are others who feel the same way. (When they're in a hurry) I wasn't.

They are usually pretty great 😊 They do forget to put white coffee in my drink quite a bit but I understand They are busy.
