Dutch Bros Coffee

I love Dutch Bros Coffee, but you can't count on getting a quick cup of coffee on the way to an appointment or something. Usually the people that work there are very chatty to the customers (which alot of people like), so you may wait a long time behind only a couple of cars!

They spend 5-10 minutes catching up or bsing with almost every customer. Are unable to run a debit card with the person taking orders in line, we used a gift card and had a $1.?? balance. Took nearly 20 minutes to get one drink in a line of 5. I don't understand why places like these are always so busy.

Been to a few around the city and haven't had an issue stopped by this one for convenience and was treated like a mental patient ... idk if all of the other stores have made my drink wrong or just this one but the attitude and snoodyness has turned me away from buying at this location in the future

Go to drink shop for my wife and they even gave me a free drink(I took a rebel energy drink as I only drink coffee on cold days) for my birthday

We agree with Jeff! We also waited over 15 minutes while the server chatted with her friend. We would understand if a large order was being prepared, but that was not the case. One large drink was served.

A favorite coffee shop for us! Must have ❤ our favorite drink is a white annihilator! Soooo good hot or cold. They have a decent rewards program too which is helpful if you live close to one!

I only drink coffee or variant 2 possibly 3 times a year. 100% of the time it is from the Bros. Top notch and one of a kind. Nothing before or after will compare or hold a light to the company morals, morale,energy. Dutch Bros is it's own living thing. It is not coffee it is a movement. They don't compete with Starbucks. Starbucks doesn't exist in Dutch Bros realm. They serve/make great coffee. But that is not why we go.

Waited in line for our coffee while the hostess sat their talking to her friend in the car ahead of us for over 7mins. Very unexcusable. Gladly I'm not a local to this area because I'll never be back to this establishment.

The employee's were extremely nice and polite, the gentleman that came out to the line and started taking orders to help speed things up. He was extremely friendly. About 2 weeks ago was my very first time there and I gotta say there coffee wasn't too much too brag about I got a Carmel latte and you couldn't taste the coffee barely I'd choose Avenue espresso right down the road any day!

There was a long line of cars, so we parked and went to the walk up window. They took our order right away, but did not make our drink until it came up in same queue as the cars. Never seen any restaurant treat the counter service in the same queue as the drive up. The drive-thru is an extra convenience. If I forgo that convenience to stand outside in the cold at the counter, I expect to served then. I would have gotten in line with the cars and stayed warm if I knew they were going to do that, or better yet, gone somewhere else!
