Best coffee anywhere. They just had their 20th anniversary. ..how many small coffee shops do you know of thst have been successful for that long? They are obviously doing something right!!! Ive been going there for about 19 out of thise 20 years ♥

I think I had something called the Pot of Gold. It had butterscotch in it, and was SO YUMMY! Barista was very friendly. I just wish they had some fresh pastries to choose from instead of prepackaged.

Smooth and Robust coffee. Incredible customer service. It also makes for a great venue to plan events for the Election of Michael Alvarez to Richland City Council.

Not sure what brand coffee/espresso they use, but it's the best tasting in town. Service is always great and prices are fair.

Great friendly staff. Faster than the other coffee spots and great drinks. local place and rewards with coffee stamp card. Definitely better than a chain.

Honestly don't like how much syrup is used in their coffee. I tried a cherry mocha drink during Halloween and took two sips then had to throw it away because it tasted too bad

Everytime i go to Richland..i stop at The Coffee Bean..its locally owned and the staff are very sweet..but most of all my fave drink is called French Kiss..Irish Cream and French Vanilla..its the best blended..not to sweet..i like their espresso blend..i live in Pasco..wish they had one here..prices are cheap compared to Starbucks and Roasters..a must try for a coffee lover..

Nice staff, good drinks. Better than Dutch, than again instant coffee is better than anything Dutch sells too. Highly recommend!
