Love going here! Im always treated like I'm a friend of the family.

The best coffee that I have found in Tri-Cities. I usually just get a regular coffee. It is strong enough for me and good flavor. Better than Starbucks. Service is great as well.

Best coffee/espresso shakes around... almost a racket, they're so good. Shaded area to escape the sun in summertime... can be a little bit smokey from some of the customers. Good place to run into folks you know from work or around town. There is a wide variety of different drinks to try... but I always stick with the 'simple' espresso shake. Don is always good as a sounding board for the latest events political.

Don and the team always get it right. In summer the line gets a little backed up. You know why? Because they make the best espresso shake with good ice cream! Morning coffee they got me covered, afternoon shake is a must to cool off after being outside in the heat too ❤

So I love to see when a small business can stay around for so long and beat all the odds. IT goes to show that your customers love you. BUT FOR HEAVEN SAKE SHOW THAT YOU CARE ABOUT THEM. OR HAVE PRIDE IN YOUR BUSINESS! PUT SOME OF THAT MONEY BACK INTO THE BUILDING. OR FILL A POT HOLE. TO MAKE OUR TIME THERE A LITTLE EASIER. IF YOU CAN'T PUT SOME NEW PAINT ON MAN CAN YOU PRESURE WASH. REALLY TO ME IT'S LIKE A SLAP IN THE FACE OF ALL THE RETURNING CUSTOMERS.
AND IT WAY BE THE ORIGINAL MOCHA MILKSHAKE, BUT IT'S FAR FROM THE BEST.

Amazing coffee. I make regular stops here all the time, and there's lovely moments when everyone pays for the person behind them, and it starts a chain.
They of course have those stamp cards, and for certain customers that visit frequently they have your coffee ready to go.

This is my neighborhood shop. Everyday for almost a decade. Casual and friendly. We are at the point of giving the staff birthday gifts. They make us feel like it's our clubhouse. Good coffee. A Saturday morning bagel. Small heaters to sit outside on cold days. Love this place.

Best coffee I have had in Richland. They customize it according to your taste and the guys at the shop genuinely friendly. The place is cute with a swing outside. I will definitely be going back whenever I get a chance.

The quality is very middle of the road and the price is quite high. Almost 4$ for 20 oz drip coffee. I usually like black drip coffee, which they serve, but when they run out they make me an Americano without asking if I want it instead (it's not the same thing). The younger females who work there have a "I don't care attitude" at times. With so many options in the area I'll try elsewhere.
