Way overpriced.
I used to love this place, but I slowed my visits a couple years ago.
Portions got smaller, and the cost is high for what you get. 1 crepe does not fill you up, you will be hungry afterwards.
Same great tastes, and original menu, always something new to try.
Staff is ALWAYS friendly.
But I think I’ll still avoid recommending it for a meeting place.
my last visit ( maybe forever) my crepe was literally just deli meat, and cheese… I can make that at home.
when I tapped the lower tip option after I paid, it took a 6 dollar tip lol. I don’t mind tipping for good service, but hit that custom tip amount!
Moneys tight, and my tip was a dollar away from being the price of the crepe I bought.
I just bought a peanut butter crepe, and a deli meat and jam crepe, and a coffee, and I lost 36 bucks.
So not worth it. Sorry Kagens, but you have gone down hill in my groups eyes. We had a good thing. RIP

Lovely atmosphere and employees, Crepes looked and smelled amazing. Unfortunately I got their Mocha and it tasted like liquid bakers chocolate, my wife got a Vanilla Latte and ended up tossing it after a few sips. Would go back for a Crepes, not so much for the coffee.

Loved it! My wife and I kept talking about going here and finally did. The coffee is really good and the price was excellent. The crepes where really good and we'll. Good coffee, good food, and good costumer service. Definitely going back!

You Cannot Beat the Atmosphere Whether your Alone or with a Group you will Feel Relaxed and Blend In. I Love their Crepes and Coffee. The Crepes are Made After You Order, It Doesn't Get Any Fresher than that, Besides It's Fun Watching them Being Made! I'm Rating 4 Stars because 6:00 PM is Too Early to Close. Crepes and Coffee are Good For Dinner and Late Snacks Too!

OMG CREPES. I didn't know crepes could be so diverse until this establishment came into my life. The atmosphere is awesome. It's a fun, cool, hip hangout. There are board games to entertain and cool music to chill out. On top of the yummy crepes, they also have delicious coffee!!! Don't overlook this gem, pop in and give it a try.

Amazing crepes. I had one of the savory crepes - Eggs, ham, spinach and cheese and my wife had a seasonal salted caramel and apple. The crepe was perfectly thin and tender, and the fillings were well prepares and flavorful. Both of these dishes were excellent. I also tried a coffee. I ordered an Americano. Kagen's coffee was great, smooth full bodied without the burnt flavor of an over-roasted cheap bean.
The service was as good as the food; fast and friendly. The owner was there and took the time to introduce himself and talk with us a bit about his restaurant.
The interior was very well updated, comfortable, and inviting. Bathrooms were nice and clean.
Overall this is a great restaurant, it wonderful to see a business truly improve the uptown mall helping transform it into the treasure that it could be. I look forward to any other enterprises that Kagen takes on.

Delicious savory crepes and fantastic coffee. This place is quickly becoming a standout place to relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and get some great food. The menu is rather small, but it's all stuff they get right, every time, and that's something to be appreciated.

Moved to Richland and within the first week of being here, we went twice to this place. The staff is helpful when you aren't sure what you want. They have a menu, but if you want different toppings, you can ask for them and they will do it with out extra charge. I enjoy the different sauce options because I can get an eggs Benedict crepe! My husband dropped half his crepe on the ground and they replaced it with a full one free of charge. Go here if you want delicious crepes in a great atmosphere. Oh, they also have games on some of the tables which is fun!

I have been to Kagen’s about 3-4 times now and every time have been so very impressed by the crepes. They are consistently good. Although I have only had the sweet kind, not the savory. However, I have tried all the sweet ones and they are delicious. Their coffee and tea is also consistently good. I would say the price is a bit high, but worth it. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing. It might become my go to place when I just want to hang out with a friend and drink a nice hot beverage.

Great breakfast and coffee! I especially enjoyed the Black Bean Crepe!
