Awesome food and atmosphere! The crepes were delicious! Would definitely go back!

Best crepes around. Great coffee to go with it! People are friendly and it's a great place to hang out at and play some checkers. Me and my wife's favorite.

Well, I love nuttella crepes, though it is not healthy for me since I eat a lot of sweets.

Awesome atmosphere! Yummy food!
Only one complaint... their hours are horrible! Also when trying to call in an order, nobody picks up the phone. Unfortunately I can't make it so coming here is a rare thing.

Not a bad place, I did find that the staff was a little "rushed" and more focused on the money rather than the conversation. Not a complaint just an observation. The coffee and food definitely hit the spot. Just wish the staff was a little more friendly when ordering.

Kagen had really nice (strong) coffee, good fresh crepes. Very clean and cozy inside, friendly staff. I really hope more spots like this pop up in the Tri-Cities.

Fabulous food and service. Very long line. After you order your food and look for a table you find them all taken. The problem is five tables taken by individuals with laptops, no food no drink. They are obviously there for the WiFi. We were there to sit down and eat. No choice but to leave.

Not what I was expecting after I heard all the hype from my kids.
Apart from people being deprived of real good food, so they don’t know any better…. I can’t explain how this place is doing well.
It’s so expensive for what you actually get. Don’t expect to feel full after.
My husbands crepe was literally just an average crepe with Nutella smeared around inside. and mine was a bunch of deli meat and jelly in a cup.

Yikes. I’m not sure why this place got recommended to me.
I think people in Tricities clung to the first “trendy” dining option that popped up around here.
Staff is nice, which is typically what you’d expect.
The food is a massive let down. Maybe when they first opened they were worth the bragging, but now I’m just leaving gagging.
Come to think of it, most the regulars I knew that recommended this spot have stopped going in the last few years.
Literally just a mediocre crepe with a piece of deli meat in it with some spinach and sauce. I would’ve laughed out loud if I hadn’t just paid way too much money for a 25 cent poor man’s meal.

Very impressed! My savory egg crepe was tender and delicious. The filling was evenly distributed and didn’t all fall out. I got my hollandaise sauce on the side and didn’t even need it because the crepe was so perfectly cooked— not dry at all! On top of all that the staff were very friendly and the service was fantastic.
