Boon Boona Coffee

This coffee shop is my new favorite place! Nice and wide open, easy to grab a cup and meet with people. Try the coffee ceremony, every Saturday on the hour they hold a traditional Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony that is very special! Wonderful place, wonderful people, great coffee!

I was told all of their coffees are a blend. They tasted great. I saw them making macha drinks with the macha brush or something, pretty cool.

The space itself is really big, with a plenty of different seating options. The environment is pretty chilled and laid back. Highly recommended!!!

Best coffee around and this location is fun with roasting production in same open area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Love the Boon Boona story.

Beautiful, cozy, open space with great vibes and friendly service. I loved the artwork on the walls and the sort of industrial meets nature vibe I got. I ordered a London fog (which is an early grey tea with steamed milk, lavender, and vanilla flavoring) it was super good not too sweet and the right amount of milk. I also got a chocolate croissant it was very fresh and tender and flakey and the chocolate inside was quality semisweet. The dirty chai I ordered for my boyfriend tasted a bit different from what we're used to (he likes that liquid pumpkin pie coffee) but I think the difference is the beans themselves. He had some banana bread to go with the coffee and it was very good moist and had some yummy spices on the outside. All in all very good quick service just up to you whether you like the beans they use.

One of the best in the PNW. Had a breve today that was perfect as usual. I hope to get to try the Ethiopian coffee service some time soon now that normal service is returning.

I had their drip coffee and cowboy breakfast sandwich. The bun of the sandwich is pretty good however i would not come for coffee again. This is not the taste of the coffee that I'll try again and again. Also this place is not cheap either.

I am enjoying my first rose cardamom latte from Boon boona and it is fantastic... Smooth and delightful. The owner is super friendly. I am so happy to discover this place!

Excellent! I drove 20 mi to try their Lavender Latte and I love it💜☕💜. Came on a Sunday morning and it was not too busy. There is street parking but might be more tricky at busier times. Their banana bread was lovely with my latte.

Perfect spot in downtown Renton. Good coffee too! It’s perfectly placed where you can walk around and enjoy your drink while visiting the shops around.
