Stopped here on our way thru town and it's great coffee! Super friendly staff and lots of pastries.

Good coffee, great sandwiches. Can't go wrong

Delicious coffee, sandwiches and treats, but we had to wait an HOUR to be served - the second time in a row! Maybe we are just the unlucky ones, but this is only the second time we've had lunch at Victor's, and BOTH times our order has been firgotten. This time, our daughter received her sandwich after about 15 minutes, my son after about 45 minutes, and my husband and I didn't receive ours until an HOUR later! The rest of our party was leaving for the airport, so my husband and I had to eat our sandwich alone after they had left. Would have been nice to have gotten to eat together, instead of in shifts. Maybe an offer of a free dessert (or even the sandwich free!) would have been in order, but none was made. Sigh.
UPDATE: Thank you so much for the reply! Next time we'll call ahead with our order. Didn't know it was just an issue with large parties and the fact that you're not really set up for large orders (although we do like your large table, which accommodated all ten of us!) The last time we came was with a large party as well, so that explains it. 😉
I changed our rating to four stars after your very polite reply. We were disappointed at first but now understand we need to call ahead with large orders.

Great coffee and sandwiches with super cozy vibes. Victor's Celtic Coffee would fit right in if Redmond somehow turned into Stars Hollow. It feels like a local secret that everyone knows and loves but somehow keeps it real and away from the toxic miasma that is the influencer sphere. I feel like I've said too much already.

The staff is great. They were really pleasant and helpful while selecting items on the menu (I grabbed a pumpkin spice latte and two breakfast sandwiches all which were delicious). The food and the immediate staff are great. I popped in after my morning walk with my dog and he was quietly sitting in the corner by the exit as I waited for my coffee and breakfast sandwich. At that point, the owner rushed out, and didn't ask me to leave because of their "no pet policy" which isn't stated anywhere but he literally escorted me out while yelling and seeming super agitated. I had to ask him to bring me the items that I purchased after the fact. I get it... you need to run your business effectively and there are policies but there's a certain way that you speak to customers, especially loyal ones. Overall, great stop for food and coffee but I have to give this spot 1 star due to the owner's rudeness. Won't be back.

I was a regular here over 20 years ago. How comforting to know truly beautiful things can remain unchanged. It is as wonderful as ever. The coffee is rich, strong and smooth. The staff as warm as the welcoming fireplace. Not to be missed.

Great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. It can take a while for the coffee to be made but it is well worth the wait. The roasted coffee beans are also great.

I honestly did not expect this place to blow my mind. I personally wanted to go elsewhere. But my vote was overruled. But when we made it there and tasted their food and coffee, we were extremely impressed. The food was incredible. The tomato soup is home made. Which was probably my favorite thing there. And to top it off, the gentleman there was super nice to my group and made us the best breakfast sandwiches. Definitely worth a visit. If I lived there locally, I would visit all the time.

I love this place. Super cozy and delicious. Great place to chill.
