I hear the coffee is good here. I personally don't drink it but the whey protein smoothies are an absolute treat. Mango passion is a weakness for me..

Hands down my favourite coffee shop ever. There's one barista in particular that I had as my first barista there, and because of her customer service and fantastic coffee making skills, I will never stop going. Tip: ask for half the flavour.

It's a little coffee shop with a couple of bar stools. I left my car at the Firestone a block away. The two ladies (Kaylie & Amber) working were genuinely warm to everyone they greeted and often offered personal observations to many customers (like on a t-shirt or a hat). They work really fast. They also have regulars. It was a nice experience hanging out for a bit before heading over to Whole Foods for some food.

They have some light pastries and breakfast burritos/sandwiches, but I'm gluten free and there isn't anything I can eat here. The drink options are yummy (The Bees Knees!) and their coffee is really good.

Looove this so much more than Starbucks. Plus they give you chocolate covered espresso beans! They also have a redbull drink. Yum! Perfect for surviving New Years Day.

Jocelyn is a rockstar. I am so glad she is at this location now. I have come here for several years and up until the pandemic always had perfectly made decaf blended mochas. When the pandemic hit there was turnover in employees and for over two years had to settle for super thin blended mochas, nothing that had met the previous bar. Last week Jocelyn perfected it. She said the decaf hotshot can do that unless the barista adds a little more ice. Here’s hoping Mercury’s can train the others to perfect that delicious drink. Nothing beats Mercury’s and Jocelyn, thank you! I was almost ready to try other places.

I ordered the bees and knees and really liked it! My partner ordered an iced latte and thought it tasted like average latte. Service was great!

This was a memorable experience for me! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a genuine hello while some eclectic music was playing in the background. The coffee these ladies made for me was out of this world so much so that I went back in to give them a better tip as they earned it. This experience made my day. I was in Redmond picking up a piece of electronic equipment and needed a coffee so I stopped in. The flavor of the crema was so rich the temperature was hot but drinkable right in the zone the mixture of flavors perfect. Thank you lovely ladies and Mercury Coffee ☕ I will come back even though I am on the west side the experience as a whole is that good. I love what you do here! Happy holidays 🎉💞😙.

So yummy!!! They make every coffee to order. Unlike Starbucks who pre-makes espresso shots and refrigerates them. They still cook while sitting. That’s why some of they’re coffee drinks have a burnt taste. Freshly made when ordered is the way! Try Blonde Hawaiian 🌺 , or Bees 🐝 Knee’s original 👅 😋

Been going here for years! Consistently good coffee and main reason i go is the coupons they send out. Higher prices without coupon, difficult to park for Redmond Way location and a sometimes youngish inattentive younger set of baristas keeps me from being more regular.

Mercury's coffee service is always great and their environment stays clean and fast. However, I fine the coffee itself is always too sweet for me despite my efforts to tame it down. I think mercury is great for sweet treat drinks, but for the morning wake up? It's not my top choice.
