Neill's Coffee & Ice Cream

I’ve given this place several chances (since my work is near) and this place is downright disappointing. Coffee is over priced and the breakfast food is disgusting. Food is always smashed and the quality is low. Staff not friendly either. I’d rather walk a few blocks to Thomas Hammer...
