Neill's Coffee & Ice Cream

Neill's is a great place to get a coffee or ice cream, but they also have excellent pastries and sandwiches. It's a quiet place to work or study, but you can also hang out with friends and have a good conversation. The staff are super friendly and make great coffee.

They have a TON of flavor add ins which I love. I got a white chocolate mocha with lavender as well as moose tracks ice cream. It was such a cute place! And the staff was so nice. Will definitely be visiting again with friends and such.

Did not get to try the ice cream but they also have a vegan ice cream flavour!

Based on quick response from owner, it seems it was a technical problem rather than an oversight. Adjusted star rating as I appreciate the response and resolution, plus the coffee really is good.

The coffee was good, baristas were friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable (pretty much same set up as Daily Grind but without the back room)

Reason for 3 Stars is deceiving menu prices. I ordered a 16 oz hot latté, listed as $3.75 (no extras) but rang up as $4.25 + tax. I asked and was told that was the lower price was for a cold drink (even though it was listed as the hot price). Who knows if any item on the menu is listed accurately.

I was 100 degrees outside... what's not to like about ice cream.

EDIT: came back, haven't tried another Mocha Frappe, but did get a strawberry mango smoothie and my husband got a huckleberry milkshake and both were delicious! Friendly customer service every time we have been in.

Terrible mocha frappes. Very dry, taste like ground up ice with some bakers cocoa powder added in. 16oz of disappointment. Took a sip and decided to wait for the ice to melt a bit. Took another sip and tossed it.

I love the fact that they have a vegan breakfast sandwich, especially one that tastes good. It is hard to find vegan options around Pullman and they’re crushing the competition! I’ll definitely be coming back

Same coffee you can get at Safeway deli except Safeway makes it a little stronger. They don't even make the drip for you. (Poor it yourself) Disappointing

Everything is always great except their blended drinks. This is suppose to be a blended strawberry lemonade. Absolutely flavorless. Tastes like blended water.

This is 100% the place to get ice cream. Coffee is bomb as well!
