Pearl Coffee & Bubble Tea

I love this place, I am hoping they open store in Kennewick or Richland. The staff is nice and yummy boba tea.

Drive through they are really nice I don't order food just energy drinks red bull with flavored tea and popping pearls

We're always on the look-out for a good boba place. Sadly, our order was incorrect and we had to go back (drive-thru) to get it fixed. My husband order a traditional milk tea and it was JUST MILK. When he went back, the rude girl (with ridiculously long nails) decided it wasn't her fault she made the drink incorrectly. She tried to push it onto my husband that it was his fault. He asked for a refund or to remake his drink correctly. She finally conceded and remade the drink as ordered. It still wasn't correct because he had asked for no sweetness and she apparently added quite a bit of sugar. I noticed that was the same issue with my drink. This was the first visit and last.

Waited in line 20 minutes for a drink, with two cars In front of me. Once it was my turn I witnessed both employees just slow and take their sweet time making two red Bull drinks. I would have never written a review but what I saw next was unprofessional and disgusting. While making my drink guy employee pulls out his retainer and readjusts it. I was so disgusted by this sight! Didn’t even ask for a refund and didn’t drink my drinks.

I would rate it higher if I could. There boba is fantastic! Soft and chewy. Done just right. Tried the original and the mango milk tea. Both great. Probably prefer the original.

However heads up that only their original milk tea is made with tea. You have to request the other “milk teas” to be made with tea…

I love this place. It's next to my apartment so super convenient. My only complaints are they charge for whipped cream because nobody charges for that, and it takes so so so long to get a drink. I can only visit if I'm not expected anywhere else because if there is even one car in front of me, I can expect to be there for at least 20 minutes. It's pretty frustrating but their drinks are so good I can't stay mad for long lol

I get the blended (snow) tiger milk tea. So good.

I had a visit from Tacoma Washington all the way to Pasco and decided I wanted to have some Bubble tea so I stop by pearl coffee shop and I didn't know what to get so a girl recommended the Thai tea and was the most delicious drink ever!!! Lindsey and Christian Thank you. I highly recommend going to the shop.

There was a teenager who gave really bad customer service like if you know you are not social why attend customers, we were really disappointed especially because we simply just wanted to enjoy our boba… and every time we come all our drinks are always under-filled. How embarrassing

Came to the shop in the mall my wife ordered one drink and we have been waiting 30 minutes it has still not come out. In this amount of time I have seen 10 drinks come over the counter over the counter. This is an average of 3 minutes per drink. That's kind of ridiculous when you only do one thing
