Been coming here for many years! Didn't like the new pumpkin spice latte (with pumpkin puree!) much. But we'll certainly be back for something else. Service is always prompt.

Amazing drinks, we got inced coffee which where prefect for the hot day. When we pulled up to the window all the staff was joking with each other and had smiles on their faces making the experience enjoyable

Service is terrible here! Employees are rude, never welcoming. Even had the nerve to mumble "never come back" under their breath. It's too bad because it doesn't reflect on the company as a whole. Every other Cruisin' I have been too is great. Not this one. Costumer service is tough, but these people aren't even trying.

Asked for hot cappuccino with stevia, got only espresso shots barely any milk and no stevia . Tastes so bitter, putting extra milk at home didn’t make any difference

It is a hot day out and you want a cold drink? Look no more. Come to Cruisin. Want some energy? Come get a spritzer at Cruisin. Its cold and you want a hot drink? Go to another coffee stand trust me you won't go far. We have many around. I don't know why their hot drinks have never been good here. I was pre-warned by some college students and friends but chose to ignore them. Until I got to give it a chance myself. Well, the hot drinks don't even taste like what they should and yes I'm talking about the coffee. Who knew coffee would go bad and lose its flavor from sitting out too long? (Starbucks does, which is why they make fresh coffee every 15-30mins). Its almost like they don't brew new one and the one they serve has been sitting there all morning. It almost taste burnt from sitting too long on the pot. Yep, they served you burnt coffee. Honestly they should just make this a place for cold drinks and ice cream. Enough with the hot drinks if you don't even know what you're doing. I'm only giving it 3 stars because their cold drinks are the best in the area. Cool Coffee Cream Please! <3 Mango Jet Smoothies are calling my name:-). If you want to splurge on a shake or smoothie or even spritzer and want quality, DON'T head to Mcdonalds near by.

If I could give it zero stars I would, the customer service here is the worst I've ever received in this location. It seems that every time I come here the barista's are in a sour mood. The other day I had a very unpleasant experience with one of them, her demeanor was rather unpleasant. After that experience I don't plan on getting my coffee here any more.

I only go here if I have to and every single time the shots are burnt and it's never hotter than luke warm. I honesty not sure how they haven't figured out how to make a good shot if coffee being in Western Washington

This espresso coffee is very rich, the only mistake is that there are girls who do not know how to do it or do not put the exact amount of ingredients I have been buying there for 6 years and you can see the difference with they are new all the girls who were in last year were very Well, I'm not saying that these aren't but sometimes they take too long, and apart from that they don't make boen😥😥😥sorry drinks but when you know what your drink is like and the flavor you can't be fooled.

Came all the way from Wisconsin was told to stop and try a white on white. Ordered two white on whites. Not knowing they come hot or blended... She didn't ask how we'd like them or anything. I stopped her half way through and said "we'd like those blended please" she instantly got an attitude and became​ rude. I paid she said it was $5.XX, I handed her a twenty... She only handed me one drink. I said we ordered two. So she then again got extremely agitated with me and came back and said $6.01. I gave her $10.01 and she gave me back a dollar. When I told her that I was given the wrong change she argued with me and said no I gave you $3 before, I tried to explain to her that she made me pay twice. I only had a $20 bill and left with $4... She was rude and didn't care to even try to fix her mistake.

The ladies here are amazing. Fast, friendly great service. Plus, I left my card there with massive amounts of free drinks and they held it aside until I came thru again! Thank you ladies!
